Wrong shoes in package
So, I finally got my shoes today and you won't believe what happened - they sent me the wrong ones! Can you believe it? The box even had my name on it, but when I opened it up, I found someone else's order from California inside! I was so disappointed. I called customer service immediately and they told me I'll have to wait a week and a half for a refund because of their mix-up. Ugh, I'm definitely never ordering from them again, that's for sure!

Reusable Smart Notebook and Pen
Wow, I'm really loving this notebook and pen. It's awesome how I can write on the paper and then erase it to reuse it multiple times. The pen writes so smoothly, just like a regular pen. It's perfect for schoolwork or just doodling around!

Refund issue
I had a really frustrating situation with this company over a refund problem. They said I'd get all my money back according to their rules, but then only gave me some of it. I've been trying to get it sorted out for 3 months now, but no luck. It's so annoying to be treated like this, particularly being a student. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking to travel.

LED headlights purchase
This was seriously the worst experience I've ever had trying to follow installation instructions. It was just awful, I can't even begin to explain how frustrating it was. The instructions they gave me might as well have been blank, they were so useless. When I reached out to Customer Service, it was just more of the same frustration. It took forever to get any kind of help, and even when I did, the "new and improved" instructions were just as terrible as the originals. I tried looking up videos on YouTube, which kind of helped, but there were so many different versions of these headlights out there that it was hard to find one that matched my car exactly. After a lot of trial and error, I finally managed to figure it out on my own, but believe me, it was not an easy job.

Quick delivery
I've gotta say, I'm always blown away by how quickly this company gets me my orders. It's seriously above and beyond what I expect. I've even placed orders super late, like 8 or 9pm, and had them show up the very next morning. It's pretty astounding. The quick work at the sorting office and the delivery service are top-notch. Huge thanks for always being so speedy and reliable.

Home security system
I bought this home security system like a year and a half ago and it was all good - the app was controlling the cameras and base station just fine. But now, the app is just not cooperating anymore and I can't see anything from the cameras. It's really annoying and I feel like I totally wasted my money on it, you know?
