Watercolor paint set purchase review
Overall, I thought the watercolor paint set worked pretty well for what I needed as a beginner. There were a few things that bothered me, like some colors having less paint than others and finding some residue - maybe lint or hair - in one of the containers. On top of that, the package showed up pretty beat up, with one thing almost falling out and another thing breaking, but thankfully not actually getting ruined. Even with all that, I think the quality of the products is good enough for me since I'm just painting for fun and not as a pro.

Second trip canceled, given credit
My first trip was amazing, but the second one ended up getting canceled and they only gave me credit instead of a refund. It's making me question if I'll ever travel with them again. It doesn't seem right that they keep making plans for trips and then canceling mine.

I bought a backpack from this website not too long ago, but man, I was so let down by their customer service. When I needed to cancel my order, there was no way to do it on their site and no way to get in touch with them over the weekend. I even tried to shoot them an email, only to get a message saying it couldn't be delivered. And get this - their phone number? Fake. It was beyond aggravating.

I'm usually a bit nervous about buying dresses online, but I decided to give this shop a shot because of their good prices and the perfect color I was looking for. I was really happy to see that the dress was really well-made and it fit me like a glove, all thanks to the option to customize the measurements. I'll definitely be thinking about ordering from here again for my next big event.

Assistance with ordering over the phone
I called to order something over the phone not too long ago, and I gotta say, the customer service I got was top-notch. The person I talked to was super patient and really helpful, which was especially awesome since I'm not great with technology and directions. I had some rewards points that I wasn't sure how to use, but the representative was nice enough to guide me through the whole thing and make sure I could use them for my purchase. I really appreciated their understanding and help.
