Two dresses for a wedding
I recently bought two dresses for a wedding and the store really let me down. Even though I paid for express shipping, the dresses didn't make it in time for the wedding. And to make matters worse, the dresses didn't fit right and were super cheaply made. When I tried to return them, the store wouldn't even tell me how. This whole situation has really disappointed and frustrated me. I'm definitely going to do something about it to make sure I don't get treated like this again.
Gorgeous dress, amazing quality
Wow, this dress is so beautiful! The quality is amazing and the design is just gorgeous. I'm so happy with my purchase and it looks so good on me. It definitely went above and beyond what I expected.
Bridesmaid dresses for 6 girls
I actually bought six bridesmaid dresses for my bridal party not too long ago and I'm really happy with how everything went. Ordering was a breeze and the dresses all came on time and in great shape. The quality of the dresses was even better than I expected and my girls love them. Thanks for making the whole shopping experience so awesome!
Incorrectly designed dress
Even though I followed all the measurements and specifications given by the company, the dress I got was completely off. The sleeves were way too wide, there was unnecessary mesh on the chest, the fit wasn't flattering at all, and the design looked nothing like what was on the website. On top of that, the material used wasn't the high-quality shimmering fabric that was promised. I was really disappointed and frustrated by the lack of attention to detail in how the dress was made.
Custom-made plus size dress
As a curvy girl, it's always been hard for me to find regular dresses that fit just right. So, I went ahead and got a custom-made dress, and let me tell you, I'm beyond happy with the results. The dress fits like a dream and I'm absolutely in love with it. Even though it's a plus size dress, it looks just as amazing as the one in the picture. Thanks a bunch for giving me a dress that makes me feel fabulous and beautiful.
Formal dress
As a customer, I was really let down by my recent purchase of a formal dress. It was such a pain to order, I had to call multiple times just to make sure everything was set. When the dress finally arrived, I couldn't believe how low quality it was. It honestly looked like it was put together by kids in a sweatshop, with all these wonky stitches and cheap fabric. The dress was nothing like the picture online, I felt totally tricked by the misleading images on the website. On top of that, the return policy is super unfair, they tack on all these extra fees that cut the refund down to only 20%. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone in need of a nice formal dress.
Wrong dress received
I ordered a dress from this place and they sent me the wrong one. The color and size were right, but the design was totally different from what I wanted. Plus, they don't even give you a confirmation of your order, so it's easy for them to mess up and then put the blame on you. And to top it off, most of their dresses are on sale, so they don't let you return it. It's definitely a scam.
Prom dress order
I've had a really bad experience with this company. My wife ordered a prom dress for our daughter, but when we got it, it was nothing like what we saw online. It looked cheap and totally different. When we contacted customer service, they told us to send it back on our own dime to get a refund. We did what they asked, but we still haven't gotten our money back. They're ignoring our emails, and even PayPal ruled in their favor. I think this company is a total scam, and I'm really mad about how they're treating us. I'm thinking about taking legal action to get our money back.
Wedding dress purchase
I had a terrible experience with this online store. The dress I got looked nothing like the picture online - it was way too big and the measurements were totally wrong. I even paid more for shipping to get it faster, but it arrived late, just a week before my wedding. I was so upset when I saw the dress in person and had to hurry to find a new one at the last minute. This website is a disaster, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
