I recently bought a treadmill from this company and I'm pretty happy with it. The ordering was easy, I found the exact model I wanted without any hassle. The price was fair compared to others, and the treadmill itself is really good quality. Customer service was fine, they answered my questions quickly. However, I do wish the delivery had been faster, I had to wait longer than I thought for it to arrive.

My time at Gem Jewelers was amazing. I checked out some other jewelers in the area before, but honestly, they seemed a bit shady. When I walked into Gem Jewelers, Joe was there and he was super helpful and honest. He made it so easy for me to buy my wife's diamond tennis necklace, no stress at all. The necklace is top-notch quality, and I even got it appraised later just to be sure. I really appreciate the great service and how Joe genuinely cared.

Minecraft modding classes
The support from this place is seriously slow. I reached out to them because I was having issues with my computer and it took forever for them to respond. And when they finally did, it wasn't even useful. They didn't explain things well and now I can't even use the website correctly because my computer doesn't meet the requirements. It's like they don't care about helping us customers at all. I definitely wouldn't suggest this website to anyone, they seriously need to improve their support and communication.

Trip refund policy
I can't believe how bold this company is to keep my money tied up for a trip I booked. I was really looking forward to this trip that I planned way back in 2018, only for it to get canceled last minute because of the pandemic. And you know what? They not only said no to giving me my money back, but they also wouldn't budge on at least giving me a partial refund if I booked a cheaper trip instead. Such a total rip-off!

These curtains are just gorgeous and totally worth it. I got the free fabric samples first, which I definitely suggest to anyone thinking about getting them. Following their measuring tips was super easy, and the curtains fit my space perfectly. The material is really nice and looks expensive. When I had a problem and needed help from customer service, they got back to me quickly and made sure everything was good. I've already bought three sets of curtains from them, and I have to say, I'm obsessed with this company!
