Photo album purchase
Creating a photo album with Printique was super easy and enjoyable. When I got my printed book, I was blown away by how professional the photos looked and how great the entire album turned out. I showed it to a friend, and they actually thought it was made by a pro photographer. I've used Printique before and they never disappoint with their stuff. The price might seem a little steep at first, but what you get is totally worth it. Lots of people have asked me where I got my album, and I happily tell them all about Printique.

Bag strap broken
I got this bag that I was super excited about, but the strap ended up breaking just a year after I bought it. I tried contacting them for a refund or a replacement, but they refused. They did say they would fix the strap, but they were asking for way too much money for shipping. I'm really let down by the whole situation.

Cancelled tour, extra expenses
My experience with that tour company was a total nightmare. I booked and paid for a tour, only for them to cancel it out of the blue. I ended up having to shell out more money to change my flights and join a whole different tour. And what really got to me was the complete lack of any kind of formal apology, compensation, or even a voucher to make up for the hassle and money I lost. It felt like they gave zero importance to my business or cared at all about how their actions affected me. Other tour companies have plans in place to make sure tours happen, no matter what, which got me thinking why I even went with this company in the first place.

I just bought some really good dog food from this company for my puppy who had leg surgery. This food has made a huge difference in her recovery. It's the perfect size and texture for her to eat, even with her cone on. She really enjoys the taste and it seems to help her handle her meds better. I'm super impressed with how well this food is working for my furry buddy.

I purchased over 400$ worth
First time customer my order was late be 2 weeks for shipping but I let it be and still left a positive reviews because I loved everything I received and everything was packaged well.
However RSC posted a controversial post about covid. They only respect customers who agree with them. I left my opinion I was blocked. A business that cannot respect different opinions of customers not a business that honors customers. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and will be working on getting this whole order refunded this business does not deserve anyone’s money.
