Found a rare perfume
I found this perfume I've been searching high and low for, only to find out it was no longer available online. But guess what? I finally stumbled upon it at Perfumes Club! I was so excited to see that they had it in stock, at a great price, and in the quantity I was looking for. Without a second thought, I placed my order, even though I later realized it was an international site. Surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the smoothest online shopping experiences I've had in a while. Their website was easy to navigate, they had a wide variety of products, and their prices were competitive. I was seriously impressed!
Hair products ordered
I recently ordered some hair products that I couldn't find at the store close by, and you won't believe this - I snagged them for half off! It did take a bit longer than I thought for the order to show up, about 2 and a half weeks, but they did mention that when I was placing the order. Anyways, when the package finally got here, it was packaged nice and neat and everything was in great shape. I totally recommend ordering from this place and I'll definitely be placing another order soon!
International shipping experience
I just bought some stuff for shipping overseas and customs went ahead and ruined everything. But let me tell you, the customer service team was on it! I reached out and within hours they had already sorted everything out and refunded me for the destroyed items, no back and forth needed. Their quick and professional response really impressed me and now I'm a happy customer. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again, but next time I'll stick to shipping within the EU.
Perfume purchase
I bought a perfume from Perfumes Club not long ago, but when it arrived, the box was empty. I contacted customer service for help, but their reply was really disappointing. They told me to file a claim with USPS, even though it's the sender's job to do that. It was really frustrating how little they seemed to care. I recently bought something from Perfumes Club, but it never showed up. I got in touch with them, and they owned up to the mistake right away. They sent out a replacement order pretty quickly. Then, out of the blue, the original order also arrived not long after that. I got in touch with Perfumes Club again, and they told me to just keep both orders without charging me extra. I have to admit, I was pretty impressed with how well they handled things and their top-notch customer service.

Perfume
I recently ordered this perfume from a website and I have to say, the service was really terrible. My order never showed up, and when I tried to talk to customer service, they were no help at all. They originally told me my order would arrive in 12 days, but after a whole month went by, I contacted them and they said it would be another 7 days. Then they changed it to 90 days more. It seems like a total scam because I never got my perfume. I definitely recommend not buying from this site.
Perfume purchase - Still waiting
I ordered this perfume back in June, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Contacted customer service, but they were not helpful. They told me to talk to the delivery company, but they didn't have any info to share. I used my hard-earned money on this perfume, and it's really disappointing that I still haven't gotten it after all this time. Whoa, stop right there! Let me tell you about this "L'Oréal Paris face cream" I got from this website. So, I ordered a couple of them, thinking it was a great deal. But man, it turned out to be a total disaster. I tried using one and ended up with some serious chemical burns on my face - definitely not the look I was going for. I gave it another shot, but got the same bad outcome. I can't deal with this situation. Just a heads up, be careful with this product because you might end up regretting it.

2 hard to find shampoos
I was really excited when I found these shampoos on Perfumes Club and couldn't wait to try them. But alas, my excitement quickly turned into frustration. It took forever for my order to arrive - about 5-6 weeks, which is way longer than I was expecting. And when the package finally showed up, it was all beat up and had been re-taped. On top of that, only half of my order was in there.
It looks like my package got held up at U.S. customs and went through some super intense inspection or something. I'm grateful for getting the products I ordered, but the shipping process to the U.S. definitely needs some major improvements.Awesome perfumes

Yeah, so I bought this eyeliner and lip gloss from this one place, and let me tell you, it was the worst! They ended up sending me products in a completely different language, and now they're making me jump through hoops just to get a return. This so-called anti-aging night cream was a complete disappointment. It didn't do anything it claimed to and I think it might have even been a fake. The texture wasn't right, the smell was off, and it didn't help my skin at all. I'm really upset about this and won't be purchasing from them in the future.
