Pre-order game delayed delivery
Even though the pre-order game came out 4 hours ago, nobody got their game codes yet. And on top of that, the admins on the platform's Discord server are MIA, not responding to messages and disappearing when we need help. But gotta give credit where it's due - when I reached out to customer service for a refund, they were quick to reply within a day and sorted it out without any problems. All in all, not a great experience with the game being late and admins ghosting us.

My shoes falling apart after only 5 months.
My shoes are just 5 months old and I barely even wear them, but the rings where the laces go keep coming out. I've sent them in for repair twice now, and they only fixed them for a short time. Just two weeks later, the rings fell out again. They told me there's nothing more they can do, and now I'm feeling like I wasted a bunch of money.

I just got a laptop from Discount Electronics, and after 4 months, it wouldn't turn on. When I reached out to customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were. Greg really went the extra mile to help me out. He let me know that the laptop was still under warranty and they would fix it for free. I just had to cover the cost of shipping it to their spot in Austin. I was really impressed by Discount Electronics' commitment to making sure their customers are happy.

This company never delivered my $200 order. Their customer service is atrocious. All negative reviews regarding their service are immediately blocked instead of being dealt with and fixed. International customers should avoid purchasing from this company. Delivery is not guaranteed and no compensation for undelivered orders.

The worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life.
Customer service representatives were doing their best to dismiss my complaint.
I sent them an email with pics of the defective sandals I received, and their answer was "we advise our customers to keep the sandals away from oils and sand".

Eucalyptus 600 Tencel Lyocell Sheet Sets - Beyond Luxury
Been eyeing Eucalyptus sheets for quite a while now and they're all about close to $100 so out of my budget and most places I searched had lower thread count so lower quality in my opinion. Then I stumbled upon Wholesale Beddings during a sale and got them close to $65! These sheets are soft and are now my favorite sheets. Would recommend!

I never got my item. They claimed to have mailed out December 8th but the tracking number said they never actually dropped the item at the post office. I am fighting the charge on PayPal. Stay away from this fraudulent company.
