Customized anniversary gift
I just bought a special anniversary present for my wife from this jewelry shop and I have to say, I was really impressed. The staff really went out of their way to make sure the gift was not just right, but also tailored to my wife's likes. Soccer ball light
I ordered this for my nephew and had his name put in the soccer ball. I was so nervous, and I was thinking the product was not going to get to me in enough time. Lora Jewel answered every email I had sent and even updated me every step of the way. They had mentioned that there was a glitch in their system is why I never received my shipping email. I was sent it! ???? If I ever need to order from here again I definitely would. Thank you Lora Jewel for your corporation and compassion for my order.
Personalized infinity bracelet
I just ordered a custom infinity bracelet with my kids' names on it, and I'm super excited for it to arrive! The ordering was a breeze, no issues at all, which made it simple to personalize the bracelet exactly how I wanted. Mummy's day present for my daughter
Oh my gosh, you guys, this present I got for my daughter for Mother's Day is just amazing! She absolutely loved it. It's unlike anything she's ever seen before. Unwanted extra bracelet
The ordering process was such a hassle. I thought I was only getting two bracelets, but somehow I ended up with three. I had to go through so much trouble just to cancel the extra one. It was a total nightmare that I definitely could have done without.

Absolutely beautiful. My mom loved it. The rose gold is beautiful, not too pink but not too gold, and the engraving is amazing. This is the second necklace I have purchased from this store. The first necklace was a gift and this one was for me. I chose the rose gold with the June flower and birthstone. It is so so pretty and I really love it. Good price and fast/free shipping too.

Mothers ring
Well I love the ring but it's wrong I only have one sons name on it and the other is on the inside. I've tried to contact you guys 4 times and no response ,I didnt even get an invoice so I can return item to be fixed correctly. I keep leaving messages and am getting very frustrated I'm ready to reverse the charge for this ring. Very bad customer service!!!!!!!!
i paid for expidite shipping and have emailed twice and got no response the ring finally came 3 weeks later and the ring will need to be returned bc one of the prongs that hold the stones in are not set right and one of the stones is chipped. very terrible customer service and very terrible product. DO NOT BUY FROM LORAJEWEL.COM
Do not buy anything from here. We got defective piece of jewelry and ask for refund with in a day or two and even after two months no refund has been issued. They are not based on USA so they don’t reply emails or no phone number available to call. They are fraud and cheaters. This is scam don’t buy from them.

I bought a Mother's Day gift, but I never got a heads up on when it was coming. It's kind of a bummer because when you're buying gifts, you want to know when they'll show up, right? It would've been nice to at least know if it would make it by Mother's Day.

I still haven't gotten my package, even though I ordered it on March 4th and they took the money out of my account on March 5th. It was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift for my grandsons to give to their mom.
