Just want to write a review because I really thought lorajewel was not a scam. I ordered a necklace on Oct 7, I just received it. And I’m Inlove with it. I even emailed them and everything because there is no tracking number. Beautiful and shipping was fast and it arrived in perfect condition! Thank you!
Baby Feet Pendant Necklace
I placed an order or September 4th and as of today October 10th I have not received it, nor has it been shipped. I've messaged and emailed the company several times, only to be told that it has been shipped. However, every time I check the tracking number it says USPS is still awaiting the item. TERRIBLE company to purchase from! I'm afraid of what the item will look like, assuming I ever actually receive it. It is a gift for someone thats expecting a baby. At this rate I doubt I will receive it before the baby is born. And it's the necklace that you give while someone is still pregnant. I'm giving 2 stars for service because they have responded in a timely manner, even though their response is completely untrue. I would give 0 stars for delivery as I still haven't received the item. Save yourself time, aggravation, and money, and take your business elsewhere. Biggest regret in purchasing from this company. I will never purchase from them again!

I purchased a birthstone necklace and ring. I love my items. It was for my cousin Mother's Day gift. She love it. My merchandise came in 2 1/2 weeks. Thank you. I will order soon. Just to let everyone know. This is a happy satisfied customer. Not the company you say. Making fake pages.
Name Bracelet Classic Double Layered Personalized
Quality and size was not what was advertised. Highly disappointed. Ordered bracelet in memory of recently deceased father and very disappointed. Bracelet was crammed in an earring box, thus bending it. I would never do business with this company again.

Not received my order, tracking no provided doesn't exist with the delery service as it says, no response to my email either, I wanted this for my daughter for her birthday, VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE, definitely NOT recommend!!

I ordered an item for Christmas and paid expedited shipping. I was advised expedited shipping could not be done due to the time it would take to create my order and i received the refund for service. However my experience has gone down hill since then. I received an email stating item was shipped on Christmas day, in reality it was just day label created. January 7th i sent an email stating that it is still showing as label created only. I received an email showing it is in transit. today the day of the email. So my order had not been sent out. i ordered this item on December 18th. I am reasonable , i realized i may not have it by Christmas , but this is a 4 weeks later and i still do not have it

They keep your money but don't even ship items.
I never got my item. They claimed to have mailed out December 8th but the tracking number said they never actually dropped the item at the post office. I am fighting the charge on PayPal. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

Personalized men's bracelet
Purchased a total of 3 bracelets going to 2 different addresses 2 came 2 didn't. When I contacted them via email they give a useless tracking number and then fail to respond after that. I asked for a refund and they will not respond is this legal?
Medic Alert ID Bracelet
I ordered 6/24/2020 for my husband, received order confirmation on 6/29 and then a "pre-shipment" processing on 7/1. It is now 7/10 and the bracelet has NOT yet shipped. The label shows as being printed on 6/30 but again, it has yet to ship. I have emailed Lora several times with NO RESPONSE. If you're going to put your name out there...then you need to deliver what you're selling. Come on lady and ship this bracelet - it's a MEDIC ALERT bracelet, very important!!!

Medical ID Bracelet
A medical ID bracelet was ordered from them ONLY because their shipping was 2-3 days and I new it would arrive before I left the place where I was staying. It didn't arrive. When I inquired I was told it was sold out and that I needed to wait for it to come in. I said no and asked multiple times for them to refund my money. They didn't and I got stuck paying for it. They pretend to be a US company when in fact they are a Chinese company. It took a month for it to get to them from China and then they shipped it to me. Unfortunately not in time before I left.

They are international but sent from California. Terrible quality. False advertising. No communication, never sent tracking number, terrible customer service. Informed I was unable to return bracelet. Will report this.

Same here! I ordered four name necklaces and when I try track shipping it still says pre shipping status and I ordered back on April 30th. They will not respond to my emails either, such a scam I want a refund! Gonna report them to the BBB.
I order on April 29th. Item has been in “pre” shipment since 4/30. 3 emails and no answer. I’m so mad!!
