Jewelry customization
The jewelry customization I got was pretty good, but I was a little let down by the sharp edges. I think it could have been smoother and more polished. Still, the design was really detailed and the materials were top-notch.
Customized Clock purchase
Designing my own clock was so easy! I could tweak every little thing to make it just right for my husband. Checking out was a breeze, no stress at all. When I surprised him with the clock as an early Christmas present, he was thrilled! He really loved it. I'll for sure be buying more stuff from here and telling all my friends and family about it.
Lovely jewelry piece for my daughter
I just bought something for my daughter at this store and I gotta say, I'm so happy with the beautiful piece of jewelry I got for her. The quality is amazing and the design is simply stunning. I'm definitely gonna be back to shop here again. I know my daughter is gonna love this gift.
Jewelry order
I bought some jewelry from this site not too long ago. The package got here pretty quickly, which was great, but I was a little bummed to see that there were only 3 gift bags when I really needed 4. Also, the writing on the jewelry seems a bit light to me, and I'm worried it might fade with time.

Soccer ball light
I ordered this for my nephew and had his name put in the soccer ball. I was so nervous, and I was thinking the product was not going to get to me in enough time. Lora Jewel answered every email I had sent and even updated me every step of the way. They had mentioned that there was a glitch in their system is why I never received my shipping email. I was sent it! ???? If I ever need to order from here again I definitely would. Thank you Lora Jewel for your corporation and compassion for my order.

Just want to write a review because I really thought lorajewel was not a scam. I ordered a necklace on Oct 7, I just received it. And I’m Inlove with it. I even emailed them and everything because there is no tracking number. Beautiful and shipping was fast and it arrived in perfect condition! Thank you!
Baby Feet Pendant Necklace
I placed an order or September 4th and as of today October 10th I have not received it, nor has it been shipped. I've messaged and emailed the company several times, only to be told that it has been shipped. However, every time I check the tracking number it says USPS is still awaiting the item. TERRIBLE company to purchase from! I'm afraid of what the item will look like, assuming I ever actually receive it. It is a gift for someone thats expecting a baby. At this rate I doubt I will receive it before the baby is born. And it's the necklace that you give while someone is still pregnant. I'm giving 2 stars for service because they have responded in a timely manner, even though their response is completely untrue. I would give 0 stars for delivery as I still haven't received the item. Save yourself time, aggravation, and money, and take your business elsewhere. Biggest regret in purchasing from this company. I will never purchase from them again!

Absolutely beautiful. My mom loved it. The rose gold is beautiful, not too pink but not too gold, and the engraving is amazing. This is the second necklace I have purchased from this store. The first necklace was a gift and this one was for me. I chose the rose gold with the June flower and birthstone. It is so so pretty and I really love it. Good price and fast/free shipping too.

Quality and size was not what was advertised. Highly disappointed. Ordered bracelet in memory of recently deceased father and very disappointed. Bracelet was crammed in an earring box, thus bending it. I would never do business with this company again.

Not received my order, tracking no provided doesn't exist with the delery service as it says, no response to my email either, I wanted this for my daughter for her birthday, VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE, definitely NOT recommend!!
