Address update for order
I had the best time with this company the other day. I put in an order and then realized I messed up the address. I panicked and shot off an email to customer service. Luckily, Ashley was able to fix my address just in time for the holiday. It was a lifesaver and saved me a bunch of money and stress. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and I'll definitely be back to shop here again.

The colored contact lenses I got from this store are amazing! I've bought six pairs in the past month and I always get compliments whenever I wear them. The colors are so bright and stand out, plus the free carrying case that came with my first purchase was a nice surprise. Slim Dungarees
I put a lot of thought into it and did some research before deciding to buy a pair of slim dungarees. The quality and how they were made were really impressive, and I couldn't wait to get them. But when I tried them on, the sizing was off. I tried exchanging them for a different size, but the second one didn't fit right either. When I tried to exchange them again for the right size, the customer service person told me there was a policy that didn't allow more exchanges or returns. I checked the website and couldn't find anything about that. Even after pointing that out, they didn't care and I was left feeling frustrated. My whole experience with their customer service really let me down and now I see the brand differently.

Disappointing Platinum upgrade
I recently upgraded to the Platinum account from the free one I've had for a few years because my sales were low. But man, I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with the lack of extra help and support they said I'd get. It's like they just took my money and split, not giving me anything more in return. I've tried reaching out for help in different ways, but I haven't heard back from anyone. And now I can't even switch my account back to the free version. It's really frustrating feeling like my cries for help are falling on deaf ears and my money is just stuck there.

These outdoor curtains are amazing! They have different sizes and come in beautiful colors. I got some that are waterproof, mold-proof, and have the same color on both sides. It's awesome not to have an ugly side. These curtains have been my best purchase of the year, no doubt about it. The fabric is light but tough, ideal for adding privacy and keeping my patio cool. You should definitely take a look at them!

I just had this really annoying situation with a mental health appointment booking app. The app was all glitchy, and I got charged a fee for missing my appointment even though I had screenshots to prove it wasn't my fault. But when I showed the screenshots to customer service, they didn't believe me and thought I made them up. It was frustrating to be accused of lying and blamed for something out of my control. Their lack of understanding and care made me wonder if this platform really cares about helping people with mental health problems.

Alcohol and cigarette delivery
I've used this service a bunch of times to get my hands on some alcohol and cigarettes, especially when I couldn't go out because I was injured. I've noticed things have gotten better since all the pandemic rules came into play. But, the delivery's speed kinda depends on the local delivery people they've got. There have been times when their own delivery person was late or didn't even show up, which really got on my nerves. I was wondering why they couldn't get it to me on time, especially since the store they get stuff from is open all day and all night. Turns out they hand it off to Doordash. So, if I order too late, I end up going with the other service provider depending on who's got the better prices.

So this was my first time checking out this place and oh my goodness, I am absolutely loving it! The stuff they've got is just top-notch and the customer service is on point. Had a little hiccup with my delivery getting nabbed, but then I chatted with one of the staff members, let's just call her Dana. She was beyond helpful and made sure I got my order in a jiffy. Gainful has seriously changed the game for me since February 2022. It tastes so good, goes great with almond milk, and keeps me satisfied all the way until lunch. The caffeine gives me just the right amount of energy without making me all shaky. I got these shoes because I heard they had really good leather, but they turned out to be full of flaws and didn't live up to what I was expecting. The leather quality was actually worse than a cheaper pair I have, which was disappointing considering the brand's reputation. I signed up for this one-month "free" trial recently, but I ended up uninstalling it after only 15 days because it just wasn't working well. I bought the application for my pc in UK, and an assistant advised me. Without requesting it, they gave me a code to enter it on my computer and took control of the PC. Not only did I get 23 pounds from my bank account for the app, but without my consent, 40 pounds more were withdrawn from my account. That was very dishonest. In the process in which the "computer technicians" tried to remove a code, they reset my PC and the App was deleted. Money lost and stolen. I do not recommend them at all.
