The order was placed on the 25th of September. The Chanca Pierda capsules were pre-order. After quite a bit of time, weeks, had gone by I reached out to them about the order. They made up excuses. When I finally got two of the items there was no explanation of where the rest of the order was.I received the Mucus Cleanse and the Therapudic Cellular Cleanse. When I reached out to them they said they sent me an email on the 3rd of October stating the 3 items were on preorder. They never sent any such email and there was only one item on preorder when the order was place which was the Chanca Pierda Capsules. I told them I wanted a refund for the items that they lied about and said they were on preorder. I used the 2 teas for 2 days and quit because my stomach swelled up and caused me a lot of discomfort. They put valerian root in the mucus cleanse which makes no sense. Valerian root is for sleep and relaxation. I am trying to restore energy. When I told them that I wanted to return the teas and to cancel the tea that I didn't get and just send me the capsules they said that I would have to pay for shipping, only get a portion for the return, and be charged for a restocking fee. I said forget about it. Today is the 22nd of October. They were supposed to ship it on the 17th. They never did. A return label was created on the 18th but there is no tracking. Worst customer service ever. They said they don't guarantee their products after all the bragging on FB. I even reached out to them about my condition and they gave recommendations. My spouse who purchased these herbs for me because of my health condition spent over 200 hundred dollars on these herbs. I will never do business with them again. They said they would send out the rest of the items on the 17th that were ordered and apologized for the inconvenience and said they did't want to lose me as a customer. They lied and are supposedly only sending the Chanca Pierda caplsules. My spouse reached out to them this evening and told them not to send it and to just process a return because there is no shipping information since the 18th. Only a label created. How is a aperson supposed to heal with all this stress and their wackyness. They don't care about their customers. They took the money real fast out of my spouse's account. They should not have charged him till the order was sent.
