Valance replacement
I had a problem with a valance I bought so I contacted customer service. I was so happy with how fast they replied and sent me a new one. The team was so nice and helpful in dealing with my issue and they kept me in the loop the whole time. I really appreciate their great customer service and I will definitely shop here again.
Bedspread purchase
I recently bought a really nice bedspread from this company. After I ordered it, I realized there was a discount I missed out on. I decided to reach out to customer service and explain the situation, not really expecting much. But to my surprise, the next morning I got an email from their representative, Dana, letting me know the discount had been added to my order. I was really impressed by their great customer service and how far they went to make sure I was happy. The bedspread itself is high quality and just like how they described it on their website. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future.
3 panels curtains
I was so excited when I bought these curtains for my room makeover, but I was let down when I found out that two of them matched perfectly while the third one didn't match at all. I ended up putting the two that matched on the big window and the odd one in a different room. The curtains are okay, but for the price, I was hoping for better quality. There are a couple of issues with them, like a little pucker in the seam and the corners turning up slightly. If they had just put some small weights in the corners, it would have been an easy fix. If I wasn't in such a hurry, I probably would have returned them for a different set.
Elegant leaf design curtains
I am so obsessed with my new curtains from Lush Decor! The packaging was really nice, and the curtains were carefully folded in a thick zipper bag, so no wrinkles. The leaf design is super delicate and pretty, giving my room a touch of elegance without being too much. The rod opening is big enough for different sizes, which is awesome. I really love how the buttons and top color contrast in my room. These are my third set of curtains from Lush Decor, and I can't get enough! The quality and design are amazing, and I totally recommend them if you want to spruce up your home decor.
Comforter Set
The comforter set I bought at the store arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and how nice it looked. The colors were so bright and the fabric felt really soft and fancy. I had a question about how to take care of the comforter set, and the person I talked to in customer service was super nice, knew their stuff, and gave me all the details I needed. Bedspread purchase
My experience with Lush Decor has been amazing. I recently bought a really nice bedspread for our guest room and it was even better than I expected in terms of design, quality, and how fast it arrived. It really added that special something to the room. However, my second purchase had some dark flecks in the stuffing of the spread. When I reached out to customer service, Dana was super helpful and not only responded quickly but also offered to replace the spread and apologized sincerely. Pintuck comforter
I was really happy with all the different options I had when I was looking for a new comforter. The delivery showed up super fast, and ordering it was a breeze. The way it was packaged was really nice and just added a little something extra to the whole thing. I have a California King bed, and I've had trouble finding the right size before, but this comforter fit perfectly. The color is so vibrant and the quality is top-notch. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Wheat color curtains
I bought two sets of Wheat colored curtains in March and they have been really great in terms of quality and how they look. Sadly, some workers ruined them recently and I was really upset because I liked them a lot. But when I went to reorder them, the process was super easy thanks to the amazing customer service from Dana. She not only helped me find the curtains I wanted in stock but also made sure they got to me really quickly.

Oh my goodness, I am totally in love with these blackout curtains I bought from this store! First purchase
So this was my first time checking out this place and oh my goodness, I am absolutely loving it! The stuff they've got is just top-notch and the customer service is on point. Had a little hiccup with my delivery getting nabbed, but then I chatted with one of the staff members, let's just call her Dana. She was beyond helpful and made sure I got my order in a jiffy. She even went above and beyond to assist me with a package that wasn't even from their store! Seriously, Dana rocks! Thanks to her, I'll definitely be coming back here for more shopping.

I bought a quilt and shams, but I forgot to update my shipping address. I talked to Todd in Customer Service, and he was amazing. He took care of everything, and even got the products rerouted to my current address. Todd is the best and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Kitchen valance purchase
I just got this kitchen valance from here and I couldn't be happier! The fabric is really nice and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. I was kinda bummed when I saw that one of the buttons was missing, but I contacted customer service and Todd was super helpful. He sent me some extra buttons right away at no extra charge, which was awesome. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the great customer service I got.
Order Fix & Quick Delivery
I had to fix my order because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Kim from customer service was really quick to respond to my email and help me out. She even used my coupon for me, which was great! The item arrived in just a week and I was really pleased with how fast and simple the whole process was. It's tough to come by good customer service nowadays, but this team/company really knows how to deliver!
