Loan assistance from knowledgeable worker
I recently got a loan with the help of a really knowledgeable guy from this company. Reuben Harper really helped me figure out all the different loan options I had. He was super professional on the phone and took the time to answer all my questions so I fully understood the terms and payments. Unlike other places, Reuben didn't push me to take out a bigger loan than I needed. He just laid out the options and let me choose what was best for me. I would definitely suggest their services to anyone looking for a loan, friends or family.

Excellent customer service experience
I just gotta give a big shoutout to the customer service rep who totally saved my order when I bought the wrong thing by accident. Dana was on top of it right from the start, replying fast and fixing my mess-up without any issues. It's so nice to come across such helpful and friendly customer service in a world where it can be hard to find. Dana definitely deserves all the praise and then some for her amazing work.
