Photo development
My experience at the CVS on N Main St in Greer, SC was just awful. I went there with a friend to get some photos we had taken, and the staff said they would be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. But when we went to pick them up, they had thrown them away because we were too late. The staff was really rude and not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care about our situation. The manager was the worst though, they wouldn't give us a good contact number and even threatened to call the police. It was really bad customer service and honestly, it was pretty shocking.

Polo blue cologne perfume purchase
I recently purchased this cologne from here and oh my gosh, it was not what I was expecting at all! I thought it would be similar to the one I usually buy at a fancy perfume store, but it turned out to be completely different. I understand wanting to save money, but I don't want a cheap imitation, you know?

Membership access
The tutorials on the website are really helpful and well-organized, giving a lot of information on the subject. However, I had a bad experience with customer service. Even though I canceled my monthly membership with ten days notice, I was locked out of the site right away, losing the days I already paid for. I tried to get help but didn't hear back for a whole week, and the responses I got were not helpful. When I finally got access back, I was surprised to see my membership had been renewed without me knowing, and I paid for an extra month. The lack of attention and communication from the customer service team was really frustrating, making me question how professional the company really is.

Purchased the 72-hour pass for skip-the-line entrance to attractions.
The website was talking up this pass like it was a great deal, but what they didn't tell you was that the schedule might be totally booked up. So, I went ahead and bought a ticket thinking I'd get to check out the Coliseum, only to find out there were no spots open until October. Not exactly what you want to hear when you're just in town for a few days and trying to see all the sights. It seemed pretty shady to keep selling tickets when there wasn't any openings. Definitely a bummer and a waste of money.

Dress still missing
Your customer service and response system is terrible! I ordered a dress and it still hasn't shown up. You really need to do a better job of keeping track of orders. If my package doesn't arrive soon, this will definitely be the last time I shop here. Pull it together!
