Vatican tour and transportation
What a rip off! The collection points are limited, the hours are inconvenient, and the staff is just plain rude. Plus, that hop on hop off bus isn't helpful at all - it drops you off way too far from the Vatican without any clear directions. And don't even get me started on the meeting point for the Vatican museum... it's far from the entrance and always overcrowded. I'd say go with the Roma Pass instead - way better option.
Vatican and Colosseum entry card
I had a really bad experience buying the Vatican and Colosseum entry card from this company. The tickets weren't where they said they'd be for pickup, and the fast-track option wasn't really as fast as they made it seem. I ended up getting a super late entry to the Vatican Museum and had to pay again at the Colosseum because Omnia couldn't get me in. Plus, a bunch of the places included on the card were already free to enter. Basically, I think this card is a total scam.
Borghese Gallery pass
I thought I was gonna be so smooth and avoid all the lines with this Borghese Gallery pass, but it turns out I had to sign up ahead of time and it was totally booked, so I couldn't even use it! Plus, there weren't even that many lines to skip at St. Peter's Basilica, so it was pretty much pointless.
Tickets for theme park
I had a terrible time trying to get tickets from this place. The website was so annoying and kept crashing when I was trying to buy them. Finally, when I did get the tickets, it was a pain to figure out where to pick them up at the park. The whole thing took forever and left me feeling super frustrated! Plus, the rides weren't as exciting as I had expected. I should've just bought my tickets straight from the park instead of dealing with this service.
Overpriced attraction pass
This attraction pass was such a rip-off! I bought it when most of the attractions were already free and the lines weren't even that bad for the ones you had to pay for. It felt like a total waste of money, especially since I could have just paid a lot less at the time. And to top it off, the public transit in the city seemed to be a free-for-all because nobody ever checked my card during any of my rides. The whole thing just made me feel like I got conned out of my money.
Purchased the 72-hour pass for skip-the-line entrance to attractions.
The website was talking up this pass like it was a great deal, but what they didn't tell you was that the schedule might be totally booked up. So, I went ahead and bought a ticket thinking I'd get to check out the Coliseum, only to find out there were no spots open until October. Not exactly what you want to hear when you're just in town for a few days and trying to see all the sights. It seemed pretty shady to keep selling tickets when there wasn't any openings. Definitely a bummer and a waste of money.
Rome tourist pass
Don't bother with that tourist pass. The info they give you is so confusing, you won't know if you can just walk in or if you have to book ahead for some spots. It's a total rip-off, saying you'll get into certain places but then you can't actually get in. Save yourself the headache and pass on this.
Bought 2 passes for a place that wasn't ready ?
Man, I'm really frustrated. I got these passes for this place, but when I tried to use them, none of the attractions were even open on the days I planned to go. Now I'm stuck with these worthless passes. I reached out to customer service, but I'm not expecting much since other folks have had similar issues. This whole situation has got me feeling pretty down.
Sightseeing tour
The sightseeing tour was a real letdown in terms of bang for our buck. We booked ahead of time, but boy, was it packed and tough to get a good view of the sights we were eyeing. The buses came around every 20-25 minutes, but we found ourselves standing in the rain quite a bit because they were already full. I get safety first and all, but it was annoying watching other buses zip by more often. And to top it off, the commentary wasn't always spot-on with where we actually were, making the whole experience even more mixed up.
Attractions package purchase
Our experience at Omnia was a letdown. The staff was unfriendly and not willing to accept our card for sites and transportation. We had purchased two packages online before our long stay, but the second one didn't offer anything different from the first, so we used up all our perks within three days. They didn't deliver on their promise to let us skip lines, and they treated us badly, making us feel like we were trying to scam them. It was a pricey experience that wasn't worth it because we couldn't access some sites and the service was unhelpful overall.
Overpriced card
I bought this card ahead of time, thinking it would make it a breeze to visit all the cool places in Rome. But man, was I let down. I couldn't even get into the Colosseum or some of the other spots that were supposed to be included. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it was no help at all. Confusing info and places closing early left me hanging. Plus, the OMNIA app didn't have any tickets available, so that was frustrating and a waste of time. To sum it up, total waste of money and a headache to deal with.
Vatican pass experience
I had a rough time with the Vatican pass recently. Getting it activated was a pain since I had to do it in person at this one office that always had super long lines and was only open for a limited time. I flew in late in the afternoon, so I basically wasted a whole day waiting around. The audio guide they gave us for the Vatican was really short and not that great, plus I was surprised to learn that some of the things included in the pass were free to everyone. On top of all that, even though I had a 72-hour pass, it was tough to take full advantage of it with the limited bus schedule and attractions closing early. All things considered, the Vatican pass just didn't seem worth the money to me.
Rome Omnia card purchase
I bought some tickets online for a bunch of cool stuff to do in Rome, thinking it would be hassle-free. But when I got to Rome, turns out those tickets weren't good for the places I really wanted to go. Now I'm annoyed and bummed out about how things turned out. The vague info and wrong details on the tickets really put a damper on my whole trip. Learn from my mistake and make sure you know exactly what you're getting before you buy anything to save yourself from the same headache.
Rome Pass
Don't waste your money on the Rome Pass, trust me. There are way better options that won't take advantage of you. The Omnia and Roma Passes are a total rip-off - don't be fooled by their tricky ads. It's just not right and it's super frustrating. We even thought about reporting them, that's how bad it is.
My order got messed up
I bought something online and they took my money. But later they claimed it didn't go through, even though my bank showed the payment. I tried calling, but no one answered. I was so confused about what went down, and ended up losing all my cash. Total bummer!
Missed Rome trip due to injury
I sent two emails trying to change my dates because I got hurt, but didn't hear back except for a message saying they got it. I'm bummed about the bad customer service and lack of communication. I won't be going back in the future.
Omnia Pass purchase
I just got the Omnia Pass for my Rome trip, thinking it would make things easier for me. But to be honest, I was pretty let down by how things went. The staff was kinda unhelpful and didn't really give me much info. Even though I paid up front, I still had to wait in line forever just to get a physical ticket, which kinda defeated the whole purpose of having the pass. And to make things worse, the staff in Rome didn't give much guidance on where to meet or where to go, so I felt lost and annoyed. One person even acted all rude and confrontational, which was just not cool. It was just a really unprofessional experience overall.
