Solar powered phone chargers and food containers
So, I bought these solar-powered phone chargers and food containers recently, but man, the chargers just aren't working like they should. Super frustrating because I was really counting on them for emergencies. On top of that, I got a bunch of food containers and was supposed to get a $25 discount coupon, but it never showed up. And even if it did, there wasn't anywhere on the order form to put it in, which just made things even more annoying. I expect ordering stuff to be smooth sailing and the products to work right, but I've been disappointed on both fronts.

Matching curtain for bedspreads
I recently had a great experience with a customer service rep at this company. I asked about getting curtains to match the bedspreads I wanted to buy, and Todd really went out of his way to help me. He not only quickly answered my questions but also made sure my order was right. Todd noticed that the colors I picked wouldn't go together, so he gave me a call to talk it over. We worked together to find a perfect solution. Todd's focus on the details and making sure I was happy was really top-notch.

Large size socks and leather belts
It's always a pain trying to find socks that fit my size 14 feet, but Mio Marino has been a lifesaver, for real. They don't just have dress socks in big sizes, the quality is seriously top-notch.
