I'm totally in love with my new dark wash anti-fit denim jeans from this store! The people at the store in Montreal were seriously awesome every time I went in. They were always friendly and helpful without being pushy. It was such a chill shopping experience. And let me tell you, these jeans are so comfy and they make me look amazing. Pay to use
This site/app is a total scam! You can't even chat with people without forking over some cash. What's the point of being on here if you can't even talk to anyone for free? Trust me, it's a waste of time. Plus, the website version is super annoying because you can't filter people by distance or country in shuffle mode. You gotta keep checking to see if they even live in your country before deciding if you wanna chat. And don't even get me started on the language and unit options. On desktop, you're stuck with whatever language they use in the country you're in, and on the app, it's all English with dumb measurements like miles and inches. It's so stupid and frustrating! Overall, this site is terrible and there are way better options out there, so don't bother wasting your time or money here.

I was at this furniture store trying to buy a chair, and let me tell you, the salespeople there were just so rude and inconsiderate. It was so frustrating because instead of helping me out themselves, they kept passing me off to different people. All I wanted to know was about the fabric on this chair, but this lady named Brooke was incredibly mean about it. Like, come on, never treat customers like that!

Odd-sized sliding door blinds
This was my first time ordering blinds for a weirdly sized sliding door, and I was kinda worried about getting the size right at first. But let me tell ya, the customer service team at this company was super helpful with tips and making sure the measurements were spot on. The instructions for putting them up weren't the easiest to follow, but in the end, they were a breeze to install and fit just right. Contract terms
Be careful if you're thinking about signing a contract with this company. I had a bad time when they automatically renewed my two-year contract without asking me first. It seems unfair that customers have to remember a 30-day window to renegotiate their contract after two years, or else they're stuck in another two-year agreement. It would be nice if the company reached out to offer discounts or promotions when contracts are up for renewal. I've asked for a call from their contract department to talk about this problem more and I'll update my review after that conversation.

Plants/Bulbs Purchase
I bought some plants and bulbs from this company not too long ago, but they didn't grow well at all. I did everything the instructions told me to do, but I still couldn't get them to thrive. And when I tried to use a credit they gave me for one of the items, I found out that the total cost of my new order was more than the credit because of all the extra fees and shipping costs. I was really disappointed with how everything turned out with this company. Their products and customer service just didn't cut it for me, so I won't be shopping with them again.

My daughter just turned 4 and she's really into reading now. I found this cool phonics card game that I thought would be a fun way to help her practice. My experience with DSW was a real emotional rollercoaster. I gotta say, their customer service was super quick in responding to my issue with the order, which I appreciated. But man, it was a real bummer dealing with different reps who gave me conflicting answers. The first person I spoke to was helpful, but then things went downhill from there. It was like each new rep had a totally different story, you know? It made it impossible to figure out what was really going on. By the time it was all over, I felt like I wasted so much time and effort just trying to get a simple answer. If you're dealing with DSW, I'd say skip the online chat and hit 'em up on the phone or in person to save yourself from the same confusion I went through.

Export to PDF feature for Security, Credit, and Eviction check reports
The fact that we can't export security, credit, and eviction check reports to PDF is a big problem for us landlords. Right now, we can't give applicants a nice, clear report of their results that's easy to read. The reports are hard to print out, especially when there are lots of violations or entries to show. We really hope the company will update this feature soon to make things easier for both landlords and applicants.

I was always loyal to this company, but my latest experience with them was such a letdown. I bought a big print address book, and while it was nice being big print, it was too big for me. Shipping was a total mess and took forever, COVID delays and all. The book was on back order for weeks, making me super frustrated and let down. The socks are actually pretty decent, but man, their warranty policy is a real letdown. I had a pair crap out on me recently, so I figured I'd cash in on that "lifetime warranty" they've been bragging about. Turns out, though, they've changed the rules and now you gotta fork over the cash for return shipping. And get this- it costs almost as much as the darn socks themselves! Their sneaky move feels like a total scam, and it's a bummer to see them resort to such shady tactics. Wireless speakers noise issue
I just bought these wireless speakers, right, and man, I was seriously let down when I heard this buzzing sound always coming from one of 'em. I tried everything - no cables attached, no Bluetooth, nada. I took 'em back to the store, and they told me it's 'cause of the amp inside. But I've tested out other speakers like KEF LSXs, Klipsch The Fives, and Dali Oberon 1c, and none of 'em had that annoying buzz.

Outrageous shipping fees for chairs
I can't believe the crazy shipping cost Arhaus gave me for chairs that cost less than 5k! I wanted to order some chairs for a project in Canada, and their website says shipping is an option for orders over 2k. But then they turn around and want to charge me 10k for shipping?! That's just nuts and feels like they're trying to pull one over on me. There are other US vendors that ship to Canada with much more reasonable prices, so I don't understand why Arhaus is being so difficult. Not to mention, their customer service is seriously lacking.

I bought two pairs of sunglasses from this store and man, I was so let down when they arrived. They looked like they were poor quality and not at all like what I saw in the pictures online. I reached out to customer service right away to try to return them, but they hit me with that 'buy one get one free' promotion line and said they were non-refundable. Now, I didn't see anything about that when I was buying them. I felt pretty upset and kinda tricked by the whole situation. All in all, it was a real bummer of an experience.
