    I bought some stuff from this company not long ago and man, I gotta say, I was super let down by what I got, and their whole review setup. I got a bunch of things and I just wanted to give my honest thoughts on them. But nope, turns out this company only wants to show the good reviews - you know, the ones with 4 stars or more. It's annoying 'cause it makes me wonder if those reviews are even legit. And get this - I couldn't even check my order history on my own account. That lack of transparency? Not cool. Makes me think they've got something to hide, which isn't cool as a customer.

    PJs for my brother

    I recently bought some PJs for my brother from this store, and the service was terrible. It used to be good, but ever since another store took over, it's gotten worse. I returned some items over a month ago, but I still haven't received my refund. I called them and they promised to refund me, but nothing happened. The lady I spoke to on the phone sounded half-asleep, and the supervisor never called me back like they said they would. I'm really angry and won't be shopping there again!

    Curtains order delay

    I recently ordered some curtains from this store and was told they'd arrive in two weeks. It's been over two weeks now and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation. So, I decided to reach out to customer service to cancel my order. The person I spoke with was nice and said they'd request the cancellation from their drop-ship company since their manufacturing warehouse was closed. When I asked where the curtains were coming from, he couldn't tell me. He said it'd take two days to find out if the cancellation could go through. This whole situation has really ticked me off and I don't plan on buying anything from them again.

    Scratchy, Rough Linen Bedding

    I'm really upset about the linen bedding I got from this store. My fiancé warned me that the sheets might be rough at first, but I never thought they would feel as scratchy as sandpaper even after washing and ironing them multiple times. The comforter feels like it's made of stiff paper, and the mattress pillow topper doesn't offer any cushioning even though it cost $200. It's so confusing why all the bedding from this store is so uncomfortably rough. I've never had such low-quality bedding before.

    Butter soft wrinkle-free sheet set

    I finally found the Legends Hotel Supima Cotton Wrinkle-free Sateen Sheet set at The Company Store after looking for years for a super soft sheet like the ones from Linen Source. These sheets are almost as wrinkle-free as my beloved ones from Linen Source, which is a big win for me. But, man, the color "cornsilk" was a huge letdown. It was nothing like the nice, soft color I was hoping for. It turned out to be a bright, tacky gold that looked nothing like the picture.

    2023 holiday items

    Holiday items can be frustrating, man. I ordered some stuff for the holidays and then found out weeks later they were out of stock. How does an online store not keep track of what they have? And those email codes they send? Useless! They send me codes for things in my cart, but then the codes don't even work on those items. What a joke! And trying to change my address was a nightmare. I called multiple times and got nowhere. I used to be a loyal customer, but after this mess, I'm definitely shopping somewhere else.

    Bamboo Sateen sheets

    I recently bought Bamboo Sateen sheets from your store, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The sheets were nothing like what I thought they would be. Instead of feeling luxurious like bamboo sateen should, they felt cheap and rough. It was not what I was hoping for in bed linens. What happened to the high standards I always associated with your store? To make things worse, one of the sheets looked like it had been used before and then repackaged. I was shocked to see such a lack of attention to detail and quality control. It was a major letdown, especially considering the great reputation your store used to have for top-notch products. If I wanted Home Depot sheets, I would have gone there in the first place. Overall, I was really let down by my purchase and won't be shopping at your store again.

    Pillow protectors for new goose down pillows

    I just bought some pillow protectors for my fancy new goose down pillows. I wanted to keep them clean and in good shape for as long as I could. But, after only a week of using them, something spilled on the pillowcase and it went right through the protector, leaving a stain on my pillow. I was really let down by the poor quality of the protectors. They didn't do what they claimed they would. I'm not happy with this company's false advertising and won't be buying from them again.

    Large order of 18 items

    I recently bought 18 items from The Company Store. The first 7 came right away, but I was bummed to find out the other 11 were backordered. They kept missing the estimated dates they gave me, so I had to keep calling customer service since they didn't send any emails or updates. Even after talking to someone on the phone, the new dates they gave me weren't met either. It was frustrating and took up a lot of my time. In the end, I had to cancel the rest of my order because the whole situation wasn't what I expected as a customer. The Company Store turned a simple purchase into a big hassle, so I might think twice before shopping with them again.

    I bought something from The Company Store not too long ago and man, they sent me so many catalogs and flyers with it. Even after I tried several times to get them to stop sending me stuff, I still get all these papers in the mail. It's really annoying to see a company not caring about how they're hurting the environment.

    100% cotton bath rugs

    I just bought three bath rugs made of 100% cotton from this store. They're pretty good quality, but man, they shed like crazy! Even though I followed the washing instructions to a T, I had to clean my dryer's filter five times after every wash. On the bright side, the rugs do look good and they stay put pretty well on our new vinyl plank floor. But because of all the shedding, I probably won't be ordering from this store again.

    My experience with The Company Store was really frustrating. I ordered two bathrobes as holiday gifts in mid-December, thinking they would arrive in time. Instead, I had to deal with their customer service multiple times, going back and forth for weeks with no solution. Finally, on January 8th, I got a notification that my order had finally shipped. This lack of communication and incompetence is not okay, and I am extremely disappointed with the service from The Company Store.

    My experience with The Company Store was really disappointing. I ordered some bedding and got an email saying it was shipped by FEDEX, but FEDEX had no record of it. I had to contact customer service many times, and even had to threaten to report them to my credit card company just to get a refund. And on top of that, I keep getting their catalog in the mail even after I moved, despite asking them to stop. This whole situation has made me really dislike the company and I won't be buying anything from them again.

    Quilt replacement due to stuffing loss

    I just wanted to share with you all about my experience with The Company Store recently. My quilt started losing some stuffing, so I reached out to their LIFE GUARANTEE department. They were super quick to respond and said they would send me a new quilt for free. It was really nice to see a company follow through on their guarantee without any trouble. I definitely suggest checking out their products if you're in the market for some new bedding.

    Frustrating Canadian Shipping

    Man, I used to love shopping at this store, but now they won't even ship to Canada. What's up with that? I've ordered stuff from them in the past with no problems, so why the sudden change?     Espresso vs Navy bedding set

    Well, you know what? I gotta say, this company really can't seem to tell the difference between colors. I mean, I ordered a navy bedding set, but what I got was definitely not navy. It looked more like espresso, to be honest. And let me tell you, those colors are pretty darn similar (ha!). If they can't even get the first order right, then I don't think I'll be giving them a second chance, that's for sure.

    Searching for quilts this time., can't purchase all but all are equally good.
    Handcrafted pure cotton quilts ,very light design
    By brand name Damask Floral Legends ,a luxury quilt as its appear in first glance .One twin and one king size .So many descriptions are there , something what I couldn't try to understand ,just pure cotton is quite enough ,color is just more then fantastic.I don't care about price , whatever it is.
    I would like to tell you,this is one of the finest quilt ever I gone through any shop.
