Adult item purchase
I bought an adult item from this company, but it didn't work as it was supposed to, even though the website clearly stated it would. When I asked for a refund and to return it, they said no and totally ignored my rights as a consumer. They didn't follow the rules of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which say that items should work as described. Because of this, I had to file a fraud claim with my bank and report them to trading standards. I don't recommend buying from this company because their customer service stinks and they don't care about following the laws in the buyer's country.

Man, I used to love shopping at this store, but now they won't even ship to Canada. What's up with that? I've ordered stuff from them in the past with no problems, so why the sudden change? Gel nail polish kit
I really loved the gel nail polish kit I bought! It was way better than brands like OPI. The colors were so vibrant and the application process was super smooth and easy. My only complaint is that I wish they included a poster or manual with all the colors in the kit. It's hard to tell them apart, especially when there are more than 20 shades. It would also be helpful if they had more detailed info on their website about the different types of polish they offer. I had to spend a lot of time figuring out which ones were best for natural nails and if I needed any extra stuff for application. On the bright side, I really appreciated how clear the directions were on each product and the little pamphlet that came with each one. The colors were gorgeous, the texture was amazing, and the polish lasted a really long time without damaging my nails. The best part was that there was hardly any smell or fumes!
