I recently bought some software from OpenCloner for backing up DVDs and Blu-rays, and I have to admit, I was really let down. The interface was awkward and hard to figure out, which made it a pain to use. The features they advertised on their website didn't really work like they were supposed to - the software kept crashing and freezing. Their customer support was basically useless, taking forever to get back to me and not really helping with my questions.
