I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years, and I have several pairs of their shoes. However, my recent experience with their customer service was really disappointing. I ordered a pair of loafers in the wrong size, returned them right away, and ordered a smaller size. Even though my refund was approved on February 20th, it's been a month and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent a lot of emails and messages, and even reached out to them on Instagram, but there's been no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because of their lack of communication and ignoring my questions. It's too bad that a brand with such great products doesn't treat their customers the same way.

Don't buy from this site if you're not in England. I learned that the hard way when I tried to return something and never heard back or got my money back. It's been a total nightmare and I lost a ton of cash. Stay away! Total scam artists online.
Disappointing online order
I was really bummed out about my online purchase. The pictures on the website didn't match up with what I actually got, it was definitely misleading. Dealing with customer service was a drag, it took them a whole week to finally send me a shipping label when I told them I wasn't happy. It's been more than two weeks since they got the shoes back, but still no refund or even an update on my return (RMA3168764). I paid over $300 for those shoes, so I was hoping for a better experience all around.
Loafers
I got these loafers from this company and man, I was so let down. They didn't fit right, like they were a size too small, and they weren't even finished nicely. I tried to get a refund but didn't hear back for a whole week! The lack of response and the crummy quality of the shoes really bummed me out. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company at all. The prices don't match the quality, and their customer service is basically non-existent.

I had a pretty bad experience with this company lately. I had to send back some loafers because they didn't fit right. It's been over two weeks since I sent them back, but I still haven't heard anything about getting my money back. I've sent several emails asking about the refund, but no one has gotten back to me. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and it just makes me really frustrated.
2 weeks no refund
I sent back my order like 2 weeks ago and still haven't seen my money. I've been trying to reach out through email but haven't heard anything back. Then I messaged them on Instagram and got completely ignored. They even wiped out my comments! This is crazy unprofessional and I feel totally ripped off. I'm definitely reporting them to the Consumer Ombudsman.
Order delivery and customer service experience
After UPS messed up and lost my package at first, I reached out to this lady named Alana from the company's customer service team. She kept me updated and helped me out until I finally got my hands on my shoes. UPS was really dropping the ball with their lack of communication and effort in finding my package, but Alana was a lifesaver in getting everything sorted out. It took a while and there were some bumps along the way, but I did end up getting my order, and I'm grateful for all the help from the company.
Black pointy shoes
I just bought a pair of black pointy shoes from this store, but I was kind of bummed because they didn't look like the picture online. The black part in the front was way longer than I expected, so the shoes ended up looking extra pointy. And to top it off, there was an extra 100€ fee for shipping to Europe that I didn't know about.
Sneakers purchase
