Shoes for my partner
I just bought my partner a pair of shoes, but they came in the wrong size. I reached out to customer service and had the best representative help me out. They made sure the right size arrived in time for Christmas. My partner is thrilled with the new shoes, saying they're so comfy, almost like slippers. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely suggest this company to anyone.

Stationery items
I just bought some stationery stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was the absolute worst. I actually work in customer service too, so I get how tough it can be, especially now with everything going on. But the service I got from this company was just terrible. They were so rude, not helpful at all, and didn't seem to know anything about what they were selling. I was just left feeling so irritated and fed up. What a complete waste of my time.

Color science balm and sunscreen
I was so happy to see how quickly my skin care products showed up at my door. I bought a Color Science balm and some sunscreen, two things I really needed. The process of ordering was easy and smooth, but I was a little bummed that I had to pay for the return shipping when I decided to send back one of the items. It would've been nice if they had free returns, but I guess you can't always have everything. I would suggest shopping from them if you're sure you'll keep the products, especially if they're ones you already know and like. Even with the return shipping issue, I had a really good experience shopping with them and definitely plan on buying from them again in the future.

Customer service experience
I was really disappointed with the customer service at first. But then they responded and explained everything, which was great! I got my refund a week later, so now I'm definitely going to shop here again!

Gorgeous dress, true to picture
I was a little wary about buying from this site because of some bad reviews, but I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. The dress I got was stunning, just like the picture online. I had to tweak the bust a bit, but it fit pretty well overall. Definitely suggest ordering early in case of any delays. Even though my dress showed up a day late, I was happy with how it looked and felt.
