I'm pretty upset about my experience at this store. It's been 28 days and I still haven't gotten my delivery or a refund. I feel like I got ripped off paying for something I never even got. The company's lack of communication and not fixing the problem is unacceptable and really turned me off.

Incorrect order fulfillment
I just bought some stuff online and got the wrong things. I was supposed to get 6 boxes of Christmas cards and 2 calendars, but got 6 "Sucker For You" Valentine's bags instead. When I reached out to customer service, they said they could send the right stuff, but it wouldn't get to me until after the holidays. I just wanted my money back, but that seems like it's asking too much.

I just picked up some adorable dresses from this store, and I'm loving them! They got here really fast, and returning them was a breeze in case they didn't fit right. The only bummer was that they didn't have enough colors in stock for the O.P.T Mini River Dress. I prefer the shorter style, but none of the colors I had my eye on were in stock. The regular River Dress, on the other hand, has a ton of options to choose from.

I got these loafers from this company and man, I was so let down. They didn't fit right, like they were a size too small, and they weren't even finished nicely. I tried to get a refund but didn't hear back for a whole week! The lack of response and the crummy quality of the shoes really bummed me out. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company at all. The prices don't match the quality, and their customer service is basically non-existent.

Airport transfer, 3 people, 3 suitcases
My recent airport transfer was such a letdown. The driver didn't have a nameboard to help us find him easily, he just messaged me on WhatsApp. And to top it off, the car we booked was too tiny for all of us and our luggage. The driver was no help at all and actually blamed us for having too many bags. He wouldn't let us put any luggage on the car seats, so we were stuck at the airport super late at night. And as if that wasn't bad enough, we couldn't even get a hold of a manager or anyone from the company to help us out.

What's the point of reaching out to them if they're not actually helping with the delivery? I paid for the monitor, so shouldn't they be responsible for ensuring it gets to me on time? Oh my goodness, you won't believe what happened with my order from Party City. I splurged on express delivery for my son's 5th birthday, which was a huge deal because we missed celebrating his birthday for the past 2 years thanks to the pandemic. I've been trying to reach out to the Undersun team for the past 5 days, but they're not responding to me at all. Now I'm stuck with the program I paid for, but I can't do my workouts because the bands aren't working. I spent a lot of money on this purchase, and I feel like I've been ripped off by this company.
On top of all that, when I left feedback and rated the product with one star, they didn't even post it on their website. It seems like they only want to show reviews that are three stars or higher, which is really sketchy and misleading for potential customers.
