Custom printed materials for PR & marketing company
I just bought some custom printed materials for my PR & marketing company from this company. The quality of the prints was pretty good, but I gotta say, the customer service was a big letdown. I tried to get in touch through email a few times, but my questions were either ignored or only half answered. They didn't follow up and their responses were not very helpful, so the whole experience ended up being really frustrating.
Incorrect order fulfillment
I just bought some stuff online and got the wrong things. I was supposed to get 6 boxes of Christmas cards and 2 calendars, but got 6 "Sucker For You" Valentine's bags instead. When I reached out to customer service, they said they could send the right stuff, but it wouldn't get to me until after the holidays. I just wanted my money back, but that seems like it's asking too much.
Custom made stationery
I just wanted to share that I ordered some custom stationery not too long ago. I was really looking forward to it, but it never showed up. I contacted customer service, hoping they could help, but I was let down when they weren't able to resolve the issue or refund my order, which was pretty expensive at over $150. My experience with this company was pretty disappointing, so I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're thinking about ordering from them. Their customer service just isn't up to par.
Glitter pens
So, I went to this store and they were having a buy one get one free sale on glitter pens. I was so excited and grabbed two packs, but when I got to the checkout, they told me the sale was already over. It was frustrating! That's totally false advertising if you ask me. They really should stand by their promotions. I was definitely let down.
Scrapbook supplies
Oh my gosh, this store is seriously amazing! They have so many adorable things for my scrapbook, I just can't resist. Every time I visit, I discover something new that I totally have to have! I've been raving about it to all my friends because it's seriously awesome. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit to see what other cute things they have waiting for me!

Cards, Stationary, Gift Wrapping
I recently went to one of their stores and I was really not happy with their service. I bought a bunch of stuff like cards, stationary, and gift wrap, spending more than $100, only to end up returning it a few days later. The person working at the store told me to just come back with the stuff and the receipt for a full refund. But when I actually went back to do the return, a different salesperson was super rude and said they couldn't give me cash back because they didn't have enough on hand. They said I could only get a gift card, even though the policy on the receipt said I could get money back. The whole process took forever and it was just not cool. I'm really questioning the integrity of this company with how they handle things like this. Paper Source needs to step up their game.
Stationery products
After ordering a bunch of stationery stuff online, things went downhill. At first, they said everything was on its way, but then they hit me with the news that one item was actually out of stock. That mix-up in communication had me worried. When my package arrived, a big chunk of it was missing. Checking the FedEx tracking link they gave me showed that those missing items never even made it to them, which just added to my frustration. Even though the company admitted there was no proof of shipment for those items, getting a refund has been tough. This whole ordeal has made me seriously question if this company is reliable and honest with their online orders.
Save the Date invites for wedding
I recently tried to order Save the Date invitations for my upcoming wedding and it was a big letdown. I was really excited at first, but the whole experience turned sour due to a bunch of mistakes, delays, and unprofessionalism from the company. Right from the start, I had to keep bugging them for updates on my order, and all I got were excuses and unhelpful responses. When COVID-19 came into play, they promised to ship my order directly to me, but it ended up at the store instead, causing more delays and frustration. The proofs they sent back had mistakes multiple times and they didn't fix them quickly or effectively. I even tried reaching out to customer service for help, but got no response and more excuses. In the end, it took nearly 2 months for me to get my order, with no apologies or anything to make up for the inconvenience. The company's lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability was really disappointing and made me doubt their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Christmas cards
I got these Christmas cards in the mail yesterday and they came really fast, like, today fast! The paper they're printed on is super nice and the printing looks so crisp and clear. It was kinda weird to see a different store name on my card charge, but it's all good cuz I'm in love with my cards!
Custom holiday cards
My experience ordering custom holiday cards from here was a total letdown. The colors of the envelopes were way off from what I saw on the computer screen, and the print quality was super shoddy. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were not at all helpful and even tried to say it was my fault for choosing the wrong options when it was clearly their mess-up. The text on the cards was so faint that it was practically impossible to read.
Stationery items
I bought some stationery items from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. Ordering was easy enough, but my package took way longer to get to me than they said it would. And when it finally did show up, some of my stuff was missing. I tried calling customer service, but I ended up getting disconnected twice after waiting on hold for 5 minutes each time. It was pretty frustrating, to be honest.
Great Collections
Just remember this name when lot of cards and custom designed calenders for gift printed here on many occasions especially on Christmas and New Year In fact those orders were in bulk that time Unfortunately not since 2020 March Neither any printing orders nor any Thank you cards All activities freezes due to said reasons
But our total experience was good ,quality cards and most importantly ninety percent of our office orders for gift were made customized for distribution purpose A company I can trust Don't know more about present status but previously this was our regular like printer No price issue ever we faced in six years of association
