Survey frustrations
Hey MonoSurveys, I have a little issue I need to talk to you about. Why does it seem like every time I try to do one of your surveys, I either get screened out or told the quota is full? It's really frustrating and feels like I'm just wasting my time. Also, I was wondering if I have to verify my mobile number before I can cash out, or if that's not necessary. Any help clearing these things up would be awesome.

15 years of Zenfolio Classic
I've been using Zenfolio Classic as a loyal customer for 15 years now, but I can't take it anymore. The Archive system is a nightmare - 19 of my Galleries vanished into thin air! I tried to restore them through the dashboard, hoping to see my work back in 12 hours, but it's been three days now and all I get is a spinning wheel of frustration. I contacted customer support via the right email channel, but all I got was a generic, robotic reply. It seems like my Galleries are gone for good, and the support team is doing a terrible job of fixing this mess. Knowing that even the new platform, NextZen, will have the same Archive system is worrying. If this is the direction Zenfolio is going, I won't be renewing my memberships.

Dehumidifier purchase
I got this dehumidifier from this one place and it was amazing! But then it started acting funky while still under warranty. I was really disappointed ‘cause I really needed it to work right. But you know what? They were so chill about it and replaced it without me having to go through a ton of trouble. Didn’t have to fight with them or anything. It felt like magic. Now I can go back to breathing easy. Definitely going to come back and shop here again!

I just used a junk removal service from here and let me tell you, I was super impressed. The two drivers, Jesus and his wife, were amazing. Private taxi booking from Rome Fiumicino airport
My private taxi experience from Rome Fiumicino airport was a complete letdown. We shelled out the cash ahead of time for a regular private taxi to help us out with our late arrival, but our driver showed up a whole hour behind schedule. And to make matters worse, he then sprung it on us that we had to wait even longer because he had to pick up another passenger. Uh, excuse me, we paid for a private ride, not some group shuttle service. As if that wasn't bad enough, the driver started acting all sketchy and shady, trying to intimidate us since we were two gals in a totally unfamiliar place. It wasn't until my partner threatened to get the police involved that he finally caved and took us where we needed to go. All in all, it was a super stressful and uncomfortable ordeal that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

Braided sticks for dogs
I just got these braided sticks for my dogs from ValuePetSupplies and man, they are awesome! I've given my pups all kinds of treats before like collagen sticks and bully sticks, but these braided ones are definitely their favorite. They're nice and big, super sturdy, and don't stink, which I love. Not only did my dogs gobble them up, but they didn't have any tummy trouble afterwards. Highly recommend!

Undelivered item
I recently bought something from this company and man, let me tell you, I never even got what I ordered. To make matters worse, I didn't even get an email confirming my order, which made me suspicious right off the bat. Instead, I started getting texts from the delivery folks saying my package had been dropped off when it definitely hadn't. I checked my security cameras and confirmed that there was no delivery attempt. This whole ordeal has left me feeling like I got scammed and super let down. I'd recommend avoiding this company because something fishy is definitely going on. Hopefully, they learn from this mess and step up their game before it's too late.

After ordering a bunch of stationery stuff online, things went downhill. At first, they said everything was on its way, but then they hit me with the news that one item was actually out of stock. That mix-up in communication had me worried. When my package arrived, a big chunk of it was missing. Checking the FedEx tracking link they gave me showed that those missing items never even made it to them, which just added to my frustration. Even though the company admitted there was no proof of shipment for those items, getting a refund has been tough. The NASM CPT MVP Package from Trainer Academy has been a huge help for me as I get ready for my test. I'm not the best at studying and taking tests, but this package gives me everything I need to stay on top of the material. Issue with return and refund
Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service at that place. I had to return something and they said no refund, which was a bummer but I get it. Then I asked them to just send me back what I paid for, but they totally ignored my emails every time. And there's no phone number to call and talk to someone directly, so I'm just left feeling ripped off and super frustrated. I've bought stuff from lots of different places over the years and never been treated so poorly before.
