    I ordered dehumidifier

    So I ordered this dehumidifier, and I was really looking forward to getting it because my mom won't stop talking about how humid it is in our house. But then, to my surprise, it didn't arrive on time. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were completely unhelpful. I also sent multiple emails to the manager, Kyle, but never heard back. What's even the use of having a manager if they can't even respond to emails? It's just not cool.

    Dehumidifier purchase

    I got this dehumidifier from this one place and it was amazing! But then it started acting funky while still under warranty. I was really disappointed ‘cause I really needed it to work right. But you know what? They were so chill about it and replaced it without me having to go through a ton of trouble. Didn’t have to fight with them or anything. It felt like magic. Now I can go back to breathing easy. Definitely going to come back and shop here again!

    Talalay pillow purchase

    I bought some Talalay pillows from this company, and let me tell you, I was pretty bummed out about their return policy. The website said I couldn't return the pillows if I opened them, but I went ahead and ordered them anyway, thinking I could send back the unopened one in its sealed bag if I didn't like them. But when I reached out to customer service, they told me I couldn't even return the unopened pillows. That seemed pretty sneaky to me, and now I'm hesitant to buy anything else from them in the future.

    Comforter cover purchase

    I bought a cover for my comforter, thinking it would be nice and soft, but it ended up being super hot, stiff, and noisy. I was pretty annoyed because the website totally promised it would be different. I tried reaching out through email and phone so many times to get a replacement or my money back, but no dice. This customer service is seriously the worst, not at all what I was expecting.

    I just bought some air purifiers and dehumidifiers from this company and I have to say, they really went above and beyond my expectations. The products are top-notch, especially the dehumidifiers - they work like a charm. But what really makes this company stand out is their fantastic customer service. The chat reps were super helpful in helping me pick out the perfect products for what I needed.

    High power commercial grade dehumidifier

    My experience with the high power commercial grade dehumidifier I bought from Allergy Buyers Club was pretty disappointing. It was defective, took forever to start, and worked super slowly. It basically took like, 7 hours for it to even start doing its job, which is definitely not what you'd expect from a high power commercial grade appliance. And get this, when I checked the manual, there was no info on who the manufacturer was. Turns out, the phone number listed in the manual was just for the customer service department at Allergy Buyers Club. The dehumidifier was made in China specifically for this business. When I tried to return the defective product, it was a huge pain. The customer service reps told me to troubleshoot the issues myself before they would even consider processing a return. Going through that troubleshooting process was so frustrating and time-consuming, lasting for days. Dealing with this unreliable dehumidifier just added unnecessary stress to my already hectic schedule, especially since I needed it after dealing with mold. Overall, my experience with this dehumidifier was definitely not satisfactory.

    Humidifier purchase

    I bought a humidifier from this company back in December 2021, and it was working great all winter and even into the new year. But then in December 2022, it just stopped working out of the blue. So I reached out to customer service, and they said the damage probably happened during shipping, a whole year earlier. They didn't even say sorry or offer any solution. I just feel like I threw away $100 on something that didn't even last.

    Pillows king

    I do not recommend this company. They did not deliver what I ordered and shipped two pillows in separate boxes. When I tried to return UPS wanted more than I paid for the items. They do not provide return shipping info nor slips for returns. I called them and they were not at all helpful nor symphonic to my concerns. I was totally disappointed with their service and feel that they should give me a full refund.

    I would not buy here again.

    Allergy Buyers Club is such a significant part of our lives. Me, my two sons, one daughter and wife, and my father.. we often spend our time, like once a month or twice a month sometimes at the website buying things for our home to keep it healthy and better.. we constantly try to improve our home and make it better. the humidifiers and.. stuff. really makes the home. The devices make our home better.. however, it takes time.. and little choices towards good health and prosperous life.. people underestimate the good investment towards health and well being.
    They are experts in this and the group really cares towards taking such imporant steps.. We have shop plenty from here and everything so far has been perfect.. the delivery, the offers, the cost, brand and all..
