    I just bought a motorcycle lift from this company, but ran into a problem with the attachment hardware not fitting my bike. Nonetheless, the customer service I got was top-notch. When I reached out about the issue, I was helped by a responsive and knowledgeable team who worked hard to fix the problem. They found out it was a manufacturing issue, but the way Motea handled everything was really impressive. Even with the hiccup, I was really happy with their support and professionalism. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for motorcycle accessories.

    I just bought a whole kitchen from AJ Madison, and I gotta say, it wasn't a good experience. They forgot to include the refrigerator and dishwasher panels in my order, which was a major letdown. I reached out to customer service to fix the problem, but I didn't hear back from them at all. It was super frustrating not getting any help and feeling like they didn't care about me as a customer. Even though the Fischer Paykel showroom recommended AJ Madison, my time with them has been anything but nice.

    I recently got a smartwatch from this website and man, was it a letdown. They say they're American, but turns out they're actually based in China. That false info had me regretting my choice to buy from them. And then they go and give me a phony tracking number, and when I checked on it, they said the package was delivered. But guess what? Nothing showed up at my door! When I tried to get some answers from them, they hit me with the most ridiculous excuses, like saying maybe my neighbor got the package or it went to the wrong mailbox. That's when I knew it was a scam, and I was so mad and feeling ripped off.

    I bought a mini split system from eComfort not too long ago, but it didn't go as smoothly as I expected. They said everything was in stock and would ship right away, but when my order arrived, I found out that only the base unit and one head were there. The other two heads were missing and didn't ship until two weeks later.     High power commercial grade dehumidifier

    My experience with the high power commercial grade dehumidifier I bought from Allergy Buyers Club was pretty disappointing. It was defective, took forever to start, and worked super slowly. It basically took like, 7 hours for it to even start doing its job, which is definitely not what you'd expect from a high power commercial grade appliance. And get this, when I checked the manual, there was no info on who the manufacturer was. Turns out, the phone number listed in the manual was just for the customer service department at Allergy Buyers Club. The dehumidifier was made in China specifically for this business. When I tried to return the defective product, it was a huge pain. The customer service reps told me to troubleshoot the issues myself before they would even consider processing a return. Going through that troubleshooting process was so frustrating and time-consuming, lasting for days. Dealing with this unreliable dehumidifier just added unnecessary stress to my already hectic schedule, especially since I needed it after dealing with mold. Overall, my experience with this dehumidifier was definitely not satisfactory.

    Monitoring software

    I'm really not happy with this monitoring software. It keeps flagging things that aren't even true, and it's definitely not helping my relationship. Plus, having to turn off my VPN just to use it is such a pain and causes more problems. And the new logo with the big eyeball just creeps me out - feels like I'm always being watched. I'm just really let down by this software and I'm done using it.

    My trip with the worst hotel experience

    This company seriously needs to figure out what they're doing! I made a reservation through them and it was a disaster from start to finish. They downgraded my room at the hotel, there was no food when we got there, and they weren't even offering room service. It was absolutely ridiculous! On top of all that, the parking was a nightmare and the staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. I tried to address the issues with someone, but it seemed like no one was available to help. When I asked for a refund for the terrible room, it was like they were intentionally avoiding it! They just kept making excuses and trying to dodge giving me my money back. The whole situation was a mess and I'm completely fed up with this entire experience.
