Supposed to received a Xiaomi Mix flip and received a Power Bank instead !

If your website would enable me to rate this company in minus stars, I would ! I ordered a Xiaomi flip phone. I was eager to receive it and was regularly checking the order status. Finally after 10 days, it came. Opened the box which contained a Xiaomi sealed box. I opened the Xiaomi box, took the top off, felt a weight in the black Xiaomi sleeve... took the appliance out ... and discover that I received an Anker Powerbank but NO PHONE ! I contact them immediately and they replied in an email asking for a video of the unpacking ! Of course i did not make a video since I would never have thought that I would receive a 40 eur Powerbank instead of a 1100 eur phone ! I then told them I do not have that. They sent me another email telling me that the box cannot be temptered if sealed , basically they did not say but make me understood and feel I am trying to make a false claim ! The box was sealed and there was no phone in it ! i sent them the pic of the power bank, dimension and I asked them to trace the phone with serial number and IMEI as I do not have it and asked for a refund. They told me the insurance company will lead an investigation. They have no phone number and only talk via emails . Since this happen I have to wait for next day for answer, and wait for the weekend to be over to get feedback from them! They are at the other side of the globe and whenever I see their answer and reply I need to wait again for them to wake up for a response. They now stopped talking with me since i sent them strong (but polite) emails. I am VERY frustrated as I cannot talk to someone live and feel to be seen as someone that is trying to make a false claim which is totally untrue. The truth is I ordered a phone and got a powerbank inside the sealed box instead (Yes it happened ! ) - I am ready to file any report since I am in my rights ! I chose this website based on the good review and I am very disappointed about the lack of communication. Now I am expecting somone for etoren to read this review and show that this company cares about their Customers! ETOREN do you really care ?iPhone purchase
I just bought two iPhones, one for me and one for my partner. After I placed the order, I got an email asking for more info, which I sent right away. But then, the package was marked as "delivered" and all I got was a letter with nothing in it. That is not okay at all. I will be calling my bank to report this as fraud.
Camera lens purchase

Before I got my new phone, I had a few questions and they were able to address them all for me. The phone did end up arriving a bit later than I thought it would, but I'm just glad it's finally here and I'm pleased with it. The case that came along with it didn't quite fit, but I didn't want to make a big fuss about it. In general, I'm happy with the purchase I made.

The customer service at this online store was really great when I needed help with my purchase. They got back to me quickly and tried their best to help. My item came without any problems, which was nice. But, it took longer to get here than I thought it would, especially compared to other places I've shopped before. Maybe they could work on speeding up their delivery times for the future.
Black shark 5 pro purchase
I just bought a black shark 5 pro from this site, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The duty paid service in advance was a huge relief for me because I didn't have to stress about import taxes when my package got to the UK. The processing time took a little longer than I would have preferred, but my order did end up arriving when they said it would. I haven't had a chance to try out their aftersales support yet, so I can't say much about that. But despite the processing delay, I'd still think about using this site again down the road.
Large purchases
My experience with Etoren has been pretty good. I bought two big things from their website and they came fast through DHL. One order took longer because something was missing from their warehouse, but I contacted customer support and they sorted it out quickly by sending the missing item. One thing that stood out to me was the "shipping insurance" they offer for $60 to replace any defective item. It seems kind of unnecessary to me since DHL handles the shipping already.

I was checkin' out this really awesome new phone and tryin' to figure out where to buy it. I ended up pickin' this one 'cause the folks there were super nice and helpful when I had questions.
