    I bought an air conditioning unit from this company recently and it was a total nightmare. I called ahead to check if they had it in stock, and they said they did. But once I ordered it, everything went wrong. Dealing with this company as a pro installer and small business owner was a big mistake. Their lack of skills and terrible customer service cost me some valuable customers.

    I recently bought a furnace from eComfort and it was a huge mess. The unit was made by a big brand, but dealing with eComfort, Ferguson, and Style Crest was a nightmare. No one wanted to own up to any problems and they just blamed each other. The warranty was useless and no one would assist with any DIY fixes.

    Outdoor Mini Split Unit Purchase

    I bought an outdoor mini-split unit from eComfort not too long ago, and man, the customer service and warranty process have been a nightmare. The thing started leaking all over the place right after we installed it in June of this year. I did everything I was supposed to do - got licensed techs, took videos, showed them the receipts - but eComfort hasn't done anything to help me out. They're not owning up to their warranty, and it's driving me crazy. I'd tell anyone to steer clear of this company if they're looking to buy HVAC stuff.

    The customer service at this company is not very good. Whenever I needed help, all I got were generic answers that didn't really help with my problems. It was annoying to deal with such unhelpful support. I ordered something and paid extra for faster shipping, but then I found out they don't deliver on weekends. What a waste of money! Plus, there wasn't much technical info about their products, which made me wonder why I even bought from them. Long story short, I won't be using this company again.

    I've been a customer of eComfort for a while now and I've always had good experiences with their stuff. Just got a new HVAC system from them recently and, like always, they came through. Ordering was easy, their customer service folks really knew their stuff and helped me pick the right system. The prices were good and the product was even better than I expected. And they delivered it quick and the installation went without a hitch. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be back to do more business with eComfort.

    Bathroom remodel supplies

    I'm a contractor in New York City and I do a bunch of bathroom remodels every year. When it comes to Schluter products, I always count on eComfort. They always come through with my shower pans and waterproof membrane right on time, sometimes even earlier. Plus, their prices are good, and the customer service folks are super friendly and really know their stuff. I definitely suggest eComfort for all your remodeling needs.

    Mini split system purchase delayed

    I bought a mini split system from eComfort not too long ago, but it didn't go as smoothly as I expected. They said everything was in stock and would ship right away, but when my order arrived, I found out that only the base unit and one head were there. The other two heads were missing and didn't ship until two weeks later. It was annoying having to wait, and when I got in touch with their customer service, they weren't very apologetic about the situation. Their response definitely didn't meet my expectations.

    Williams heater purchase

    So, I bought this heater online, and when I received it, it turned out to be a total dud. I mean, seriously, it was just garbage. And then when I attempted to return it because it was completely useless, they flat out denied me! Can you believe that? It turns out you can't return it once it's hooked up. But how are you supposed to know if it works or not without hooking it up? That just doesn't make any sense to me. And when I tried reaching out to customer service for help, they just kept transferring me from one company to another. It was beyond frustrating. I ended up losing $2,000 because of these two terrible companies. Ugh, I would definitely steer clear of them, for real.

    Replacement parts issue

    I just had to buy some replacement parts for my HVAC system and thought I'd try out eComfort. But man, I was really let down by their customer service. So, my plumber puts in the parts, right? And then I find out the warranty is no good because I didn't buy the parts straight from eComfort. Even though I filled out all the paperwork correctly, the Warranty Department wouldn't give me my money back. It's just not right and now I definitely won't be using eComfort again.

    I was really looking forward to getting a new AC unit for my room, so I went on eComfort to place my order. Man, was I let down! The customer service was no help at all, just giving me generic responses. I even shelled out for expedited shipping, but my order wasn't processed until the next day. And to make matters worse, they ship with FedEx, which doesn't deliver on weekends. Ugh, total bummer! They didn't have any good technical info either. What was I even thinking? From now on, I'll just stick with Amazon for my online shopping. No way am I going back to eComfort!

    This company is a complete disaster! The communication was unclear right from the start, and when my shipment arrived, it was all damaged. The service was just awful, and I really wish I hadn't tried to save some money by going with them. Trust me, do yourself a favor and pick a company that's actually reliable to do business with.

    I just bought a heat pump from this distributor and it was a total disaster. The one I got was broken and didn't work like it was supposed to. When I asked for help from their warranty department, the customer service reps were super unhelpful and downright rude. It felt like they enjoyed saying no to my warranty claim.     Boiler purchase with warranty claim

    I'm really frustrated with the customer service over at eComfort. I bought a new boiler that needed two replacement parts, and I submitted a warranty claim right away because I needed heat in the middle of a winter storm. But I haven't heard anything back from the company. I've tried filling out their contact form and calling them all day, but the line is always busy with no option to hold. Right now it's 20º outside, and my house has been freezing this whole time.

    5 Zone Concealed Duct Minisplit

    I bought a 5 zone hidden duct Minisplit system from eComfort back in February 2021. The main delivery came quickly, and then a few more parts arrived for the installation. Even with all the different parts and boxes, everything showed up in great shape. There was one tee fitting that was delayed, but it actually came sooner than I thought it would. I've been using my Mitsubishi Minisplit system for over two years now and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it.

    I recently bought an air conditioner from eComfort but had a bit of a rough time. They goofed up and first sent me a kegerator instead of the AC unit I wanted. Then, when I returned it, they sent me a toilet! Turns out there was a mix-up at their warehouse. It took three tries to finally get the air conditioner I actually ordered. I was bummed that they didn't offer any compensation for all the inconvenience.

    Mini split order with installation parts

    I was really surprised by all the bad reviews, but I decided to go ahead and order some mini splits along with installation parts. The company kept me in the loop the whole time, letting me know what was going on. They sent out what they had right away and have been really helpful so far. When one of the parts got damaged during shipping, they didn't waste any time sending me a replacement. I've called them a few times to check on things, and every time they've been quick to respond. And they never leave me hanging when I email them either.
