Shoes lost, issue resolved
I ordered some shoes from this store but Royal Mail ended up losing them. I tried reaching out to them but it took them forever to get back to me. Big thanks to Jasmine for finally sorting everything out. I got a replacement quickly. I might consider picking them up myself next time though.

Black leather jacket
I just bought a black leather jacket from this brand, and let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away by how great it is! It fits me like a glove and the leather is super high quality. I love all the little details in the stitching and how well it's put together. This jacket is definitely a stand-out piece in my wardrobe now - I can already tell it's going to be one of my go-to items.
