Active Pet Tracker
As someone who loves my furry friend, I gotta say I'm really impressed with the pet tracker I got from your store. It's super handy for keeping an eye on my pet's activity levels, especially because my pet is always running around. Being able to track stuff like exercise, water intake, scratching, and licking gives me peace of mind that I'm taking good care of my little buddy. Plus, the GPS feature is a nice added bonus for that extra layer of security. Hopefully, I never have to use it, but it's nice to know it's there just in case. I totally recommend this pet tracker to all pet owners out there.

Recurring order correction
I recently had to contact customer service at this company to fix a recurring order I messed up. The person who helped me was so nice and understanding. She not only fixed the issue right away, but she also made sure I was happy with everything before we hung up. I really liked how much they cared and paid attention to all the little details during our chat. It’s clear that the people working here really care about their customers and do everything they can to give great service. I was super impressed with how professional and committed they were to making sure I was satisfied. Because of this, I’ll definitely keep coming back as a customer and recommend this company to others too.

I am so upset about my experience with this company. I still haven't gotten the gift I bought, and I haven't gotten any updates on where it is. And to make things worse, I got disconnected three times when I called to ask about my order. This customer service is just not okay, and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. They really need to do better with how they communicate and fulfill orders.
