I was really impressed with how fast and efficient the service was. I placed my order but then found out that one item was out of stock. But they were quick to let me know about it and only charged me for the item they were able to send. Overall, the customer communication and service were great.

Oversold items, delayed shipment
I bought some stuff at the end of November, and then later on I found out that one of them was out of stock and the other wouldn't be shipped until after the holidays. It was pretty annoying to have to wait over a month just to get my order. They should've done a better job keeping me in the loop about the delays.

Faulty product, battery issues
I don't think this product is worth the money. I got it a few weeks back, and I've already had to swap out the batteries twice because it craps out as soon as it gets wet. It's frustrating to shell out cash for something that doesn't even do its job right and needs new batteries all the time. I don't get why they put the batteries in a place where they can get wet and mess up the whole thing.

Reservation issue
I recently had a pretty disappointing experience with a reservation I made. I had asked for a booking with free cancellation, but then when I got the confirmation email, it said the reservation was non-refundable. When I tried to point out the mistake, they just gave me a link to make a new reservation and cancel the first one. So I followed their instructions, but I never got refunded the deposit for the first reservation. And then when I canceled the second reservation, I still didn't get a refund for that deposit either. Long story short, I ended up losing out on $150 because of their mistake and didn't get the refund like they promised within 3-5 working days. I really don't recommend using their service after this whole mess.

Sensitive skin deodorant for all ages
I've always had a hard time finding a deodorant that doesn't bother my sensitive skin, but I'm really happy to have found this product. The cherry blossom scent is lovely, and the formula keeps me feeling fresh without any wetness. I appreciate that it has left my underarms feeling soft and irritation-free. I even got it for my 11-year-old, who also likes it. I've finally found a deodorant that works for us, and I won't switch back to anything else. Thanks a lot!

Valentine's Day card
Don't bother ordering from here if you want your card on time. I got a Valentine's Day card that was supposed to be sent 10 days ago, and it still hasn't come. I've been emailing them, but all they send back are generic responses. Valentine's Day already came and went, and still no card. Save yourself the letdown and aggravation.

Flight cancellation
The airline suddenly cancelled my flights without saying anything beforehand. The office in Jullander was shut down, so all of us travelers were stuck and needed help getting back home. I had to buy new tickets on my own, spending $2000 for my daughter and me. We even had to figure out how to get to Delhi airport because there were no flights from Amritsar. Plus, we had to wait in Istanbul airport for 12 hours before catching our next flight the next day. To make matters worse, we had to pay for our own meals and we were incredibly stressed and anxious because of the out-of-the-blue flight cancellations.

Heat and vibration function disappointment
The heat and vibration feature on the product I bought was really disappointing. The footrest having its own motor didn't even compare to how good the seat was. It was way too slow, so overall it was a letdown. On top of that, the return shipping costs were crazy high, making it not worth sending back. The customer service folks I talked to didn't help me much and even fibbed about what the product could do. But other than those problems, everything else about the purchase was fine.

Almost Everything cream, faulty pump
I wanted to share my experience with this company, not so much about the product itself, but more about their customer service. I bought the Almost Everything cream, but had trouble with the applicator pump not working right. I tried contacting support by email several times, but never got a response. I even tried reaching out to the PR team for help, but no luck there either. In the end, I had to return the cream, which ended up costing me £3 in postage fees - quite annoying since the cream itself was only £12. I told my neighbor about the cream, and they had the same issue with two orders. It seems like this problem happens a lot, I saw another review mentioning the same thing. It's a shame because the product is good, but it's pointless if it doesn't work and there's no support available.
