Dress and lingerie set
I want to emphasize how let down I felt after my recent shopping experience here. I bought a dress and lingerie set, but they were totally different from what was shown online. The dress didn't fit right, and the lingerie was really low quality. I tried to swap them for bigger sizes, but they said no because of their policy. Returning them was a huge headache, with expensive shipping costs and no chance for a refund. Eventually, I sent everything back and only got store credit, which I used on another disappointing order. The customer service was no help, and it took forever to finally get some money back for the stuff I sent back. All in all, a huge letdown.
Wrong size, poor quality bras
I made a mistake with my recent purchase. I bought some bras online and they were totally wrong - the size was off and the quality was terrible. When I tried to return them, there were no instructions. And when I called customer service, nobody picked up the phone. The voicemail said the person was in a meeting all day. I feel like I just wasted my money. The bras were horrible - the cup size was all wrong and the shape was weird. It's basically trash. I suggest staying away from this company. It's a total joke and a huge rip-off.
Bra purchase
I bought some bras from this store not too long ago and man, was I disappointed. The sizing was all messed up - way off from what it was supposed to be. And on top of that, I had some trouble logging into the returns page. I tried using both my order number and email address, but no luck. The reviews on the website seemed fishy, too. They were all way too positive, making me wonder if they were even real. The one good thing I can say is that the shipping was super fast.
2 demi push up bras (size 42DD)
I just bought 2 demi push up bras in a size 42DD, and man oh man, I gotta tell ya, I am seriously let down by the quality. The straps are super thin and wimpy, and to top it off, there are only 2 hooks to keep it all together! I can't wrap my head around how poorly constructed they are, especially given the hefty price tag. I really wish I could send them back and get a refund.
Push-up bras in wrong cup sizes
I bought some push-up bras from this store recently and, man, was it a letdown. I asked for a B cup size, but they sent me bras in sizes F and G, not to mention they weren't even the push-up style I wanted. I tried to contact customer service for help, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. It's really disappointing how they're dropping the ball on communication and attention to detail.
4 bras 8 pairs of panties ~ various styles
I am one of those people that orders everything. I must say this has been the worst experience that I have ever had. Do not order from this company. Their return policy is states that you can return but you cannot. I was sent the return link but it will not work. The panties are nonrefundable. I was able to wear 2 of the bras. The other two are extremely poor quality. The panties I just needed to exchange for a larger size but you cannot. No where does it state this. I have emailed them since last Monday and cannot get a response. Terrible customer service. I have never had an experience from anywhere like this.

This company is full for thieves. Two months and the have not refunded the money THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!

The price point of Smart and Sexy bras is good and that what is what lead me to their site, their customer service however is terrible. It took almost 10 days after placing my order in early February to get a confirmation of the order. I reached out to customer service and asked to cancel the order 8 days in but was told the order was in process. Perhaps, but it wasn't actually shipped for another 5 days. When I got the order, I wrote refused on the package and sent it back unopened. That was February 25. I am still waiting (3/23) for a refund.

Bras and panties
I absolutely love their selection. I believe I have ordered every bra they have available in my size. You don’t have to compromise being sexy with their product selection. The fit is true to size and they have many styles and colors to chose from. The delivery of your order is extremely fast. I absolutely love the experience I’ve had with Smart & Sexy and would definitely recommend this site to family and friends.
Sexy push up bras
although I actually love the product, I will no longer order from your company. why? Because you made the massive mistake of putting political propaganda in with my delivery. And "grab your future by the ballots"? Thats what you chose to put on there? Very disappointed in this company. Too bad you had a decent product, but I will not shop there and I will discourage everyone I can to do the same. Keep your liberal ideals to yourself and just sell your product next time.
I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. Why is underwear about voting liberal? Personally it doesn’t sound liberal or conservative, it’s just advocating to vote. Which people on either side need to, especially if you want whichever candidate to win. This review sounds like a “snowflake” liberal response conservatives accuse them of, cant handle the suggestion of voting. ????

I am frustrated because I have been trying to post my experience on their site to no avail. I purchased two bras that did not even come close to fitting properly, For a company supposedly run by women they do not get the measurements of real women. And, when returned, I was refunded a fraction of what I paid.
Bras & Panties
What thieves. I purchased $72 worth of bras and panties. The bras were amazing but unfortunately too small. The panties were for larger women. I ordered my regular size however they came extremely too big. They were not opened, because I was able to see through the clear package they came in. I contacted Smart & Sexy via telephone, via text message and via email regarding the situation, never received a response. The 800 number they give you to call is a joke, the voicemail is always full and no one ever answers. You send an email and you get an automated response. I did a return since no one was available to discuss my purchase. They replied immediately with the return label that stated I was only able to return the bras. Well that wasn't going to work for me, because what is a woman going to do with larger underwear? So I try to reach out again and of course no response. I returned all of the undergarments to Smart & Sexy with my own shipping label that I also placed a tracking number on. I paid a $20 shipping fee to send it back. After they received my purchases I received an email that stated they would accept the return. I then ask when shall I receive my refund? Have not heard nothing since and have yet to receive my $72 refund. I continue to reach out and no one responds. In all honesty if someone would have been up for discussion I would have returned the items and just ask they send me the correct size, but unfortunately things didn't go well with this company when it came to communication. I guess they needed the $72 more than I did. God Bless them.
Bralette 38D
I measured myself for this bralette exactly how they showed on website. I have also been measured at victoria's secret professionally and it all came out to 38D. I ordered 2 bralettes. I could barely get over my shoulders. I had all I could do to take off. No way is the size correct. I don't care about all the other reviews. This is no way a victoria's secret bra equal. I have worn them for years. Too bad because the style is nice. Smart and sexy you really need to fix your sizing issue then maybe you can sell them. Bras made in bangladesh maybe that is the problem. The review leaves no stars for product so how can I leave no stars or 1 star for sizing. The stars are only for ordering service and pricing nothing to do with quality or fit.
Hello! Actually, Victoria’s Secret is known for measuring wrong. A funny thing that happens all the time is people get measured for different sizes at pink vs at Victoria’s Secret even though it’s literally the same brand. I would recommend measuring yourself at home to get a better fit!
Kimberly above is correct VS is terrible at measuring I worked for a undergarments store and VS is about getting you into their bras not about measure you correctly. It works for some but cup size is the difference between band and fullest part of the breast... nothing to do with your arm pits lol
