Electric kettle purchase
I got an electric kettle about a year ago to avoid plastic in the body. At first, it worked great, meeting my expectations. But this morning, the plastic hinge on the lid suddenly broke, which was really disappointing. Even though the kettle seemed good at the start, having a key part like the lid hinge fail makes me question the design and quality of the whole product.
500 watt ironing machine
Don't bother ordering from the website directly. My experience was awful - no shipping notice, no response from customer service, and my first shipment got lost. I ended up ordering from Amazon and got my 500 watt model in just one day. It works really well and I'm super happy with it!
Faulty product, battery issues
I don't think this product is worth the money. I got it a few weeks back, and I've already had to swap out the batteries twice because it craps out as soon as it gets wet. It's frustrating to shell out cash for something that doesn't even do its job right and needs new batteries all the time. I don't get why they put the batteries in a place where they can get wet and mess up the whole thing.
Electric kettle malfunction
I bought an electric kettle from this brand not too long ago, and now, after using it for about a year and a half, I'm having some problems with it. When I try to boil water, the kettle starts up but then shuts off quickly without reaching the boiling point. It seems like the heating base isn't working like it should. I tried reaching out to customer support through email, but got a message saying the email isn't active anymore. With no way to get help or replacement parts, I have to warn others against buying anything from this company because of their poor customer service.

This tea kettle was such a letdown. The lid just fell off after barely using it, and when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. On top of that, the kettle doesn't even turn off on its own once it boils, which is seriously unsafe. And don't even get me started on the worthless 36-month warranty, it's like it didn't even exist. All in all, I had a really bad time buying this kettle.
