Hotel Booking - Las Vegas

Response and Support from representatives of Prestigia.com was exceptional. The booking site was user friendly and easy to use, email confirmation with link to the booking was provided immediately following my booking. I called the hotel 3 days after my booking but was not able to get confirmation. I was worried given some negative comments I read online. I then called and sent an email inquiry about my reservation. Hamid was the representative assisting my inquiry, via phone and via email. Hamid was very courteous and friendly. He was also knowledgeable about the booking process and was ensuring me that there was no reservation issue but the normal booking process through the partner system takes up to 10 days. Hamid assured me that he would reach out to the partner and expedite the confirmation. Hamid's email response came in 30min after my email inquiry. And within 2 hours, I receive confirmation from a representative Abdelai and also the Prestigia.com, confirming again my reservation with updated reservation number. I also confirm the reservation directly with the hotel. I was relieved and happy as my concern and booking was all resolved within hour in timely manner. The response and support from the team was very prompt, effective, professional, and courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service and very competitive price - I won't hesitate making recommendations to my family/friends/fellow-travelers and will definitely use this service in the future again based on customer service and price.Need some attention
Sorry Team Prestigia This time I am not explain how and when I used your services 2018, 2019 and 2020 Two trips to different location were fine ,nothing negative we as a family couldn't notice any minus point to complain Next trip cancelled and reason know to everyone ,no issue understood I can't remember how many times I had called up ,five dozens of emails for refund But not even a positive reply I could receive
Later in July I received an email describing your money is in your wallet and wishing you all the best for fresh booking where I can use this amount

My experience booking a hotel through this service was pretty good. The website gave me all the info I needed about the hotel and rates, which made it easy to choose. Paying was simple, and I got my booking confirmation right away. I liked that all the fees and taxes were clearly shown, so I wasn't surprised at check out. However, I did have trouble with the local phone numbers in the emails - they didn't work. So, I had to call an international number for customer service, which was a hassle. Also, they took longer than I hoped to answer my emails.

I recently booked a hotel through Prestigia and I have to say, it was a pretty good experience. The communication with the company was really good, they always got back to me quickly when I had questions. The only problem I had was trying to set up airport transfers, it was kind of a pain. I recently had a terrible experience with an online travel booking company. I booked a holiday, but had to cancel it on the same day for various reasons. Unfortunately, the company is not refunding my money, which is over $5,000. Even though I chose the free cancellation option, all I've been getting are generic email responses. I'm thinking I might have to take legal action and maybe even try a charge back on my credit card. Looking back, I wish I had checked out the company's reviews before booking, as the negative ones turned out to be true. My recent booking experience

Waiting for confirmation from the hotel was honestly annoying and sketchy at the beginning. But this guy Achraf, the customer service rep, handled it like a pro. Even though I was all worked up and ticked off, he stayed cool and kept things under control. I really appreciate his help and I'm amazed at how everything ended up working out so smoothly. First-time transaction
As a newbie customer, I was kinda nervous about buying stuff from this company at first. But I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they got me all the paperwork I needed. They really impressed me with how fast and efficient they were. However, I gotta admit, I'm feeling a little worried because I still haven't heard anything back from the hotel about my booking.
Reservation issue
I recently had a pretty disappointing experience with a reservation I made. I had asked for a booking with free cancellation, but then when I got the confirmation email, it said the reservation was non-refundable. When I tried to point out the mistake, they just gave me a link to make a new reservation and cancel the first one. So I followed their instructions, but I never got refunded the deposit for the first reservation. And then when I canceled the second reservation, I still didn't get a refund for that deposit either. Long story short, I ended up losing out on $150 because of their mistake and didn't get the refund like they promised within 3-5 working days. I really don't recommend using their service after this whole mess.
Room booking
I just booked a room using this site, and I was so frustrated with how they didn't make it clear about all the taxes and fees. They only showed the base price per room, which made it confusing when it came time to pay. The total charged to my credit card ended up being a lot more than what I thought it would be based on the initial price.
Accommodation booking
I can't believe the nerve of this company! I booked a place to stay, got an email and a phone call confirming everything was set. Then, five days later, I called the hotel to make extra plans and found out they had no record of my reservation. The company told me they couldn't promise my reservation was confirmed! It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for a refund for something I never got to enjoy. This is just a scam!
Electronic product
I was really let down by this company. I bought an electronic product and it wasn't what I expected, so I asked for a refund. But it's been over 16 days now and I still haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back. It's just not right and I'm shocked at how bad their customer service is. And it's frustrating that TripAdvisor would recommend a company like this.
Hotel booking issue
I reserved a hotel with this company for my trip to Spain, but when I got there, they didn't have my reservation. I got in touch with them and they explained that I was chosen for extra security checks and they sent an email (which I found in my Spam folder). When they tried to book me again, the hotel was all filled up. They said I could get a refund, but that didn't really help because then I had to find another place to stay at my own cost. It's been more than 10 business days now, and I'm still waiting for the refund to go through, even though their responses to my emails have been pretty vague.
Reservation cancellation, refund delay
I made a reservation but had to cancel on the same day. I was told I'd get my refund in 3-5 business days, but it hasn't come yet. Customer service keeps telling me about a high volume of requests, which I think is not okay.
Quick response to requested change
I just asked to switch from a regular room to a standard room for my stay on August 24th. Customer service got back to me fast, but couldn't make the change right away. They told me they've passed on my request to the hotel for review, so now I'm just waiting to hear back.
Reservation mix-up, refund delay
I recently booked 5 rooms for 10 people in February, but in May, I found out only 3 rooms were confirmed. They then asked me to move the other 2 rooms 20 kilometers away, and later all 5 rooms as well. Adding to the frustration, the refund for the canceled rooms still hasn't been processed after 15 days, even though they were paid for back in February. Customer service has been unhelpful and keeps repeating the same unhelpful responses. I would recommend avoiding this site completely because they are not following through on their promises of refunds. I am still waiting for the supervisor call they promised, as well as my refund.
Delayed reservation confirmation
I've been waiting for my reservation confirmation for 20 whole days now, and it's just not okay! I've got my trip coming up soon, and I really need to lock in my hotel booking right away. The lack of communication and the delay in confirming my reservation is really stressing me out and making me feel unsure. I was hoping for better service and more attention to detail from a company like this. I'm crossing my fingers that this problem can get sorted out fast so I can relax and stop worrying before my trip.
