    Hotel Booking - Las Vegas

    Response and Support from representatives of Prestigia.com was exceptional. The booking site was user friendly and easy to use, email confirmation with link to the booking was provided immediately following my booking. I called the hotel 3 days after my booking but was not able to get confirmation. I was worried given some negative comments I read online. I then called and sent an email inquiry about my reservation. Hamid was the representative assisting my inquiry, via phone and via email. Hamid was very courteous and friendly. He was also knowledgeable about the booking process and was ensuring me that there was no reservation issue but the normal booking process through the partner system takes up to 10 days. Hamid assured me that he would reach out to the partner and expedite the confirmation. Hamid's email response came in 30min after my email inquiry. And within 2 hours, I receive confirmation from a representative Abdelai and also the Prestigia.com, confirming again my reservation with updated reservation number. I also confirm the reservation directly with the hotel. I was relieved and happy as my concern and booking was all resolved within hour in timely manner. The response and support from the team was very prompt, effective, professional, and courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service and very competitive price - I won't hesitate making recommendations to my family/friends/fellow-travelers and will definitely use this service in the future again based on customer service and price.

    Need some attention

    Sorry Team Prestigia This time I am not explain how and when I used your services 2018, 2019 and 2020 Two trips to different location were fine ,nothing negative we as a family couldn't notice any minus point to complain Next trip cancelled and reason know to everyone ,no issue understood I can't remember how many times I had called up ,five dozens of emails for refund But not even a positive reply I could receive
    Later in July I received an email describing your money is in your wallet and wishing you all the best for fresh booking where I can use this amount
    I also gone thru the reviews and hundred of reviews were of same as I stated .Please take this request on top priority and resolve them.

    Last minute reservation adjustment

    I just had to change my reservation last minute because we added someone with special needs to our trip. The team at this booking site really stepped up to help me explain the situation to the hotel. They responded quickly and were very professional. I've used a bunch of booking sites before, but none of them have shown this kind of dedication to helping their customers like this one did. I'm really impressed and thankful for the amazing service from this booking site and its team.

    My recent booking experience

    So, I just booked a reservation online, and the website was pretty easy to use. But then I got this email from the company I booked with, asking me to confirm my reservation. That seemed kind of weird to me - I mean, why would I need to confirm it if I already booked it? It got me thinking if everything was legit. So, I ended up calling the hotel directly to double-check my reservation. That follow-up email just didn't sit right with me.

    Quick response to requested change

    I just asked to switch from a regular room to a standard room for my stay on August 24th. Customer service got back to me fast, but couldn't make the change right away. They told me they've passed on my request to the hotel for review, so now I'm just waiting to hear back.

    Hotel booking confirmation

    Waiting for confirmation from the hotel was honestly annoying and sketchy at the beginning. But this guy Achraf, the customer service rep, handled it like a pro. Even though I was all worked up and ticked off, he stayed cool and kept things under control. I really appreciate his help and I'm amazed at how everything ended up working out so smoothly. Huge thanks to him for going above and beyond with his service!

    Booking discrepancy resolved quickly

    I had a little problem with my booking on this platform. I was expecting a room with two single beds, but my confirmation said there was only a double bed. So, I called customer service right away. The person on the line was able to fix the mix-up fast. They had to talk to the hotel directly to get it sorted out, and I was happy with how quickly and effectively they handled everything.

    As a customer of Prestigia, I was bummed out when I found out that my bank, National Australia Bank, thought my purchase was from a scam website. Even though I saw Prestigia's side of the story, I couldn't give the green light for my purchase. It's hard to feel at ease turning off all credit card safeguards just to book something, you know?

    I had a pretty frustrating time trying to get a refund from this place. Their website says that if you cancel within the right time frame, you’ll get your money back in 3-5 business days. But that wasn’t my experience - I canceled on the same day as booking and had to bug their customer service team constantly to actually get my refund. It took weeks of emailing back and forth before they finally told me the payment was coming.

    Booking a room was easy and fast, but I was kind of bummed out about the lack of details on what I was actually getting with the booking. It would've been nice to know more about the room and any extras before I confirmed everything. Like, I had no clue what the "breakfast bonus" was all about - was it a full breakfast, just some pastries, or what? Having that info ahead of time would've definitely helped me choose wisely.

    WORST COMPANY AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER
    We ordered a room and a few hours later they emailed us that the order was cancelled by us, even though we didn't do such a thing. After confronting us and taking our money (about 7 days of on-going emails), they decided to partially refund us instead of giving back the whole refund or just un-cancelling the reservation. This is the worst costumer service I ever encountered, I don't wish my worst enemies to confront them, and I will never get even near this site.

    Hotel booking at New York for Christmas vacation

    I am writing this review for PRESTIGIA.COM for everybody to be aware of the WORST experience we had and so people can AVOID and beware of PRESTIGIA.com when booking your trips.
    We booked a hotel at NYC through PRESTIGIA for Christmas. Unfortunately on our t=day of travel (Dec. 24, 2022) all flights were cancelled from Charlotte NC to NYC due to severe weather conditions. I called up the hotel and explained to them our situation. The hotel staff and manager confirmed that we are not to be charged and is entitled for a full refund through PRESTIGIA. I emailed PRESTIGIA and as per their reply, they told us that they have contacted and negotiated with the hotel and the hotel declined our request for refund. This is a very much conflicting statement so I called up the hotel again, They told me, that our case is in their system and that we should be refunded as we were not charged by the hotel due to "force Majeure" and it was beyond our control. Another agent from PRESTIGA emailed us again with the same statement, that they wanted to know who I spoke with at the hotel because they said We cannot be refunded. I gave them the name of the staff and operations manager of the hotel I spoke with, but until now PRESTIGIA did not reply. My question is how com PRESTIGIA will tell me that they spoke with hotel and it is hotel who decided that we are not entitled for refund, when I called the hotel 3 times and they confirmed that I can be refunded because they did not charge us..???? any suggestions? or recommendations? So, everyone DON'T BOOK with PRESTIGIA.com, this booking site is a FRAUD, a HOAX, a SCAM

    Prestigia is a huge scam! Do NOT book with them. Essentially they are a third party booking agency that will sometimes book the rooms promised, sometimes not. If they dont book the hotel, you're out of luck as they've figured out a way to get around it so you can't get your money back.

    It's blatant fraud/theft and a huge scam they are running globally. So sad that people like this exist and could advantage of innocent people who are moving too quickly to book travel without reading their cancellation policy.

    No refunds ever must be the company policy..

    After doing some price compares, I found Prestigia offered the lowest rate on our group travel destination. I then referred Prestigia to my traveling group. My group purchased a total of six reservation (some with multiple rooms) at two different hotels with six months before the travel date.

    Unfortunately two of us needed to cancel and change our initial room reservations. The first person canceled within 48 hours and requested a refund. She was within the cancellation period and was offered a refund. But she was never pressed for the funds and only inquired once.

    I canceled one of the two rooms booked on my reservation with three months before the travel date (again within the cancellation period) and was told “due to COVID-19 refunds are taking longer to process”. Two months after the cancellation I sent several emails (because I could not reach anyone via phone) and was told it is being processed.

    Thankfully, we all arrived at our hotels and the check ins went great with no issues.. Upon returning from the trip I inquired again about my refund and was told “it is being processed”. Two weeks after the trip and after several additional emails, I received a reply that my refund would posted in 2-5 days. It’s been two weeks from that email and now I four months from refund request and I still have it to receive a refund.

    I contacted my credit card company and they state they could protest the charges, but I didn’t want to cancel the charge because I did receive half of the service (one of the two rooms).

    This could have been a five star review do to the great prices and ease of making reservations, but I will never use them again and I am still waiting for my refund.
