When I talked directly to the hotel, they reassured me that there were no restrictions on the room and a refund should have been possible without any problems. Even after sharing this with the company, they still wouldn't budge and kept my money, making me feel ripped off and let down. Overall, my experience with this company was really terrible, and I strongly recommend that others stay away from their services.

Graduation announcements
I just ordered my daughter's graduation announcements from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality of the cards. The colors were so faded that it was hard to even see the white writing on the front. When I reached out to customer service, they initially said I got what I asked for, which was not okay with me. It took several phone calls, talking to different people, and finally a supervisor to get the problem sorted out. The new cards did have better color, but they still looked cheap with a super shiny finish. It's frustrating that I had to settle for a mediocre product for such an important occasion.

I ordered this adorable bedding set that turned out to have a color I just didn't like. So I had to send it back, but man, it's like pulling teeth trying to get them to process my return!
