    Cheap product, hidden reviews

    I left a 3-star review for a product I bought, just trying to be honest about its quality. It was cheap and kinda flimsy, definitely didn't seem worth the money even though it looked nice. But then, they went and hid my review! That seems shady to me. Makes me wonder how many other reviews they're keeping from people. It just doesn't sit right with me, like they're not being upfront and something's not quite on the up and up.

    My order took forever to change the delivery address. No confirmation email was sent, and my account didn't show the order for almost a day. The time window changed from 15 to 10 minutes. Impossible to get a response via chat, email, or phone.

    So I ordered something from this place, right? And I needed to change the delivery address because things came up, you know? But then, I couldn't get a hold of anyone! And later on, they told me the time frame for changing the address had already passed. What's up with that? It's not my fault they aren't checking their emails or answering the phone! They could at least send a confirmation email or update my account promptly, come on. And to top it off, they shortened my time frame by 5 minutes, seriously? I can't even get a timely response, like, do they even value their customers?

    I bought a bamboo sheet set from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I was let down by the whole thing. When I got my order, I saw that it wasn't a full set like they said it would be. At first, I thought the price was fair, but when I discovered that I only got a fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases without a flat sheet, I was pretty surprised.     I had such a bad experience with this company. I ordered something and they said it would come in 6-9 business days, but it never showed up, and the tracking kept saying it was on the way. When I talked to customer service, they just told me to wait another week and then call back if it still wasn't here. Well, surprise, surprise, it still wasn't here after that week. When I reached out again, they casually told me that the item wasn't in stock and they never even sent it. It's just not right. Their customer service is a joke, and they wasted my time making me wait for something that wasn't coming. Better off avoiding this company, trust me.

If something's wrong with an item, just shoot them an email with some pics and they'll fix you right up with a replacement or refund in a jiffy. No restocking fees or return problems here, these guys know how to handle things smoothly. And sure, shipping might have a hiccup here or there, but with free shipping, a little patience goes a long way. The quality of their stuff is really solid for the prices they're asking. The silk and cashmere pieces might not last forever, but hey, for what you're paying, it's a steal. And that tencel fabric they use is like a dream. I've bought everything from shoes to leather purses, gloves to shorts, luggage to whatever else you can think of. Quince, you've got yourself a very happy customer right here.

    I gotta say, I was really let down by my most recent purchase. The shipping was fast, but the packaging was not great. They just shoved everything into a plastic bag that had a bunch of rips in it, which made me worry that the stuff inside might get damaged during shipping. On top of that, I didn't know the details of their return policy, so I ended up getting hit with an unexpected restocking fee. When I tried to ask about returns, the customer service rep conveniently left out that important detail. And to add insult to injury, the phone number on their website didn't work, so I was left feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do. The fact that they automatically give store credit for returns seemed shady and limiting. All in all, my experience was pretty disappointing and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.

I got an email five days after ordering saying the package had been shipped with a tracking number, but when I checked OnTrac's website, they said they hadn't received it. I contacted Quince for more info and they just told me the package was sent out and sometimes tracking updates can be delayed. I asked what would happen if the package was lost but the customer service reps dodged the question and didn't give me a straight answer.

    I had a great time shopping in September when I bought 4 items. They arrived pretty quickly, and I thought they were really nice quality. Just this past April, I returned 2 items that I never wore and still had the tags on. The return was really easy, and I got my money back right away without having to pay for shipping.

    Quince is kind of all over the place. Sometimes the shipping is weird, with each package looking different. The bamboo sheets I bought were amazing, but the "waffle" towel sets were a letdown - felt cheap and too expensive. The washable silk items were nice, but the skirt and dress stitching seemed flimsy. My alpaca hair sweaters started getting those little fuzzies after just a year, not holding up like other higher quality ones. Returns were easy peasy, but the shipping has just always been a headache.

    You know, even though some people have given this place a hard time in their reviews, my experience has been nothing but great. The stuff I've bought here has seriously blown me away with how good it is. I've gotten a few pairs of pants, a couple linen shirts, a chambray shirt, and a whole bunch of sweaters (some cotton, some cashmere). I've been so pumped on everything I've gotten that I'm already thinking about getting more later on. My only complaint is that I do wish they had more sizes to choose from.

    I recently had a really bad experience with Quince. They messed up and delivered my order to the wrong address. I tried to fix it but couldn't. I had to keep calling them to try and get it sorted out, which was super annoying. They eventually said they'd send me another order, but they wouldn't rush the shipping to make up for the mistake. I ended up waiting weeks for my stuff. I think businesses should take better care of their customers, and Quince didn't do right by me.

    I am surprised by all the bad reviews I've come across because my time with this company has been great. I've been shopping with them for years and bought all kinds of stuff from soft sweaters to comfy sheets. Everything I've gotten has been top-notch and the prices can't be beat. I've even made returns and it was super easy. Maybe the cashmere isn't quite as fancy as a $500 sweater, but it's still really good for what you pay.
