I don't get why some people are all up in arms about the shipping times. Yeah, sure, the stuff is coming from India, but honestly, for the quality and price, it's totally worth the wait. I'm in Hawaii, so waiting a bit longer doesn't bother me at all. I've snagged some linen bedding, jute rugs, cashmere sweaters, a silk robe, and linen button-down shirts, and let me tell you, everything has been top-notch. The quality is even better than I thought, and the prices are unbeatable. Who cares if it takes a little longer to arrive? As long as the goods hold up, I'm a happy camper.
Pants, shirts, and sweaters
You know, even though some people have given this place a hard time in their reviews, my experience has been nothing but great. The stuff I've bought here has seriously blown me away with how good it is. I've gotten a few pairs of pants, a couple linen shirts, a chambray shirt, and a whole bunch of sweaters (some cotton, some cashmere). I've been so pumped on everything I've gotten that I'm already thinking about getting more later on. My only complaint is that I do wish they had more sizes to choose from.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from this place, and I gotta say, it's been smooth sailing every time. The prices are great, and the stuff is really top-notch. I got some linen shirts, a sweet summer dress, and a cozy wool coat, and they've all held up really well. I even swapped my wool coat for a different color, and it was super easy. Yeah, I've heard some people gripe about slow shipping, but I don't mind waiting a bit for my stuff. It's totally worth it.
Silk Tank, Linen Button Down Top, Long Sleeve Silk Top
I ordered these shirts a few months ago and while I loved the quality I felt like neither the tank or the linen tops fit my style so I returned them. Unfortunately the package got lost in the mail, but when I emailed Customer Service the screenshots of my return codes, they refunded the items right away! They really went above and beyond because their terms explicitly say they will refund items when they receive them. But they still gave me a refund despite my lost package.
Christmas gift order
My order was actually a Christmas gift, so honestly, I can't really say if the thing was any good or not. But let me tell you, the customer service was amazing! When the package finally showed up, the box was totally beat up and the gift inside was a mess. I reached out asking for a replacement, and they sent it over right away without any hassle. I'm super satisfied with how quickly they resolved the issue.
Clothes
I really like shopping here! I've gotten clothes a few times and everything's been good. The delivery is quick and the clothes always match the online pictures. I had to return some things once and it was really easy and fast. I don't get why some folks have problems. Maybe they wait until the last minute to order for special events or something.

I am surprised by all the bad reviews I've come across because my time with this company has been great. I've been shopping with them for years and bought all kinds of stuff from soft sweaters to comfy sheets. Everything I've gotten has been top-notch and the prices can't be beat. I've even made returns and it was super easy. Maybe the cashmere isn't quite as fancy as a $500 sweater, but it's still really good for what you pay.

4 items in September
I had a great time shopping in September when I bought 4 items. They arrived pretty quickly, and I thought they were really nice quality. Just this past April, I returned 2 items that I never wore and still had the tags on. The return was really easy, and I got my money back right away without having to pay for shipping.
Recent purchases
Quince is kind of all over the place. Sometimes the shipping is weird, with each package looking different. The bamboo sheets I bought were amazing, but the "waffle" towel sets were a letdown - felt cheap and too expensive. The washable silk items were nice, but the skirt and dress stitching seemed flimsy. My alpaca hair sweaters started getting those little fuzzies after just a year, not holding up like other higher quality ones. Returns were easy peasy, but the shipping has just always been a headache.
Purchased gift items
My experience ordering from this company has been pretty disappointing. I placed two orders for gifts, but they never showed up. The first one was a total no-show, and the second one, expected a week ago, hasn't arrived yet. The lack of communication about the delivery status is frustrating. They did refund me promptly for the first order and gave me a discount code for next time, which was nice. But I can't comment on the product quality because I never got the items.
14k Gold Bold Ball Studs
I received the 14k Gold Bold Ball Studs from Quince. The website claims that they are 14k gold. After I received the earrings, I submerged them in water. And they floated!!! Then I put them next to a magnet, but they weren't attracted by the magnet at all. I have not found any metal that floats in water yet. They are obviously fake. Be aware. I have submitted a report to the federal trade commission and reported it to paypal. The company said they would investigate this but never responded back to me.

If you purchased jewelry from Quince and have the same issue, please let me know. I have receipts from both the Federal Trade Commission and Paypal and we can compare notes.Try going through the Better Business Bureau. I had an extremely bad experience with a different company and after contacting the BBB, I had the issue resolved in just a couple of weeks.
Mens crew neck sweater
Ordered a sweater on the 9th of September ,have not received my item, and the customer care has not been helpful, don't waste your time with this company, totally incompetent
