    My order took forever to change the delivery address. No confirmation email was sent, and my account didn't show the order for almost a day. The time window changed from 15 to 10 minutes. Impossible to get a response via chat, email, or phone.

    So I ordered something from this place, right? And I needed to change the delivery address because things came up, you know? But then, I couldn't get a hold of anyone! And later on, they told me the time frame for changing the address had already passed. What's up with that? It's not my fault they aren't checking their emails or answering the phone! They could at least send a confirmation email or update my account promptly, come on. And to top it off, they shortened my time frame by 5 minutes, seriously? I can't even get a timely response, like, do they even value their customers?
