    Standing desk purchase

    I recently got a standing desk from this company, and I'm really happy with both the product and the customer service. When there was an issue with the delivery address by the shipping company, FlexiSpot's customer support team was quick to fix it. I had been trying to sort it out with the shipping company for a whole week with no luck, but FlexiSpot's rep, Benedict, fixed it in just a few minutes. The level of service went above and beyond, and I'm more than pleased with my purchase. This is actually my second standing desk from FlexiSpot. I got one before and gave it to my husband to help with his back pain. The quality of the E7 model convinced me to get one for myself, and even my sister got one after I recommended it.

    Tickets for an event

    So, yeah, I got these tickets for this really cool event, but then they ended up canceling it! I was totally bummed out. I tried using the chat thingy to sort it out, but it wasn't working for me. So then I decided to call the number and ended up talking to this really nice guy who helped me out. He fixed the problem really quickly and was super nice about it. He totally cheered me up about the whole situation!

    I really like shopping here! I've gotten clothes a few times and everything's been good. The delivery is quick and the clothes always match the online pictures. I had to return some things once and it was really easy and fast. I don't get why some folks have problems. Maybe they wait until the last minute to order for special events or something.

    Missed bus, email sent too late

    We were really pumped for our holiday and decided to book Flix buses for a little adventure. We thought we'd spot a Green Flix bus, but we totally missed it since it didn't have any branding on it! The email about the switch came way too late, we were already en route to the bus station. We even shelled out some extra cash for upgraded seats that didn't even match the location on the app. The other rides were cool, but this one was a bit of a letdown. We only got a small refund, so needless to say, we were pretty bummed out.
