    Ticket Exchange Request

    I needed to exchange my ticket because my family made last-minute plans for my birthday weekend. Instead of canceling everything, I decided to go to a candlelight concert. When I asked for the exchange, I was happy that they helped me right away. The quick response made it easy for me to switch my ticket without any problems.     Canceled event refund

    I had tickets to this awesome event that ended up getting canceled because of some crazy force majeure situation. Instead of just giving me a refund like most companies would, they offered me a stupid voucher. Life got in the way and I didn't get a chance to use it before it expired. So, I reached out to them asking for a refund, and surprisingly they were pretty quick about giving me back my money. I gotta give them props for that, at least.

    Event tickets with cancellation insurance

    My experience with this company was really good. I bought tickets to an event and added cancellation insurance, just in case. Sadly, I had to cancel, but getting my refund was super easy. There were no sneaky fees or confusing steps, just a simple refund like they said. It's nice to see a company that truly delivers on their promises. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer, no question about it.

    So, yeah, I got these tickets for this really cool event, but then they ended up canceling it! I was totally bummed out. I tried using the chat thingy to sort it out, but it wasn't working for me. So then I decided to call the number and ended up talking to this really nice guy who helped me out. He fixed the problem really quickly and was super nice about it. He totally cheered me up about the whole situation!

    I bought tickets for an event on this platform and got a little confused about the event's status. When I was checking out the site, I saw that instead of saying "tickets sold out" for events that were full, it just said "event has ended", which worried me unnecessarily. But I contacted customer service for help and Jose helped me out. He quickly let me know that the event was still on and my ticket was good to go. Thanks to Jose, I feel much better about going to the event in a couple of weeks.

    Tickets for event

    I was really happy with the customer service from this company. When I had a bad fall and got hurt, so I couldn't go to the event I bought tickets for, they were really understanding and helpful. They let me move my tickets to a later date once I was feeling better, and I am so thankful for their kindness and empathy during a tough situation. I can't wait to go to the event when I'm all healed up and can finally get rid of my cast. Thanks for being so great with customer service.

    Amazing live show

    Oh my gosh, I just went to that live show for the third time and it was absolutely incredible! The musicians were so talented and passionate about their music. The performance was so entertaining and they even engaged with the crowd, which I thought was really awesome! I always have such a great time at those shows!

    Concert experience with favorite singer

    I finally got to see my favorite singer, Adele, in person after wanting to go for years! The venue was so cool and cozy, with lots of parking and friendly staff. They had delicious drinks, and the atmosphere was really romantic. The performers were amazing and shared interesting facts about the songs. It was such a fun event to attend, even on a school night!

    Spectacular show

    Oh my gosh, I saw this show for the third time and it was incredible! The performers were so talented, the choreography was perfect, and I was completely impressed by the whole thing. The only downside was the venue - the parking was a nightmare and the theater was a bit too cramped for me. But hey, I expect a lot, so I'll overlook it. In general, it was such an amazing show with really talented and fabulous performers!

    5 ticket purchase with incorrect time

    I just bought 5 tickets and realized that the time on them was wrong. I quickly contacted customer service to fix the mistake. They were really nice and gave me a voucher with easy instructions on how to use it. I was amazed at how fast they replied, only taking about 3 minutes. The support from the customer service team was so comforting. I will definitely use their services again next time.

    Monet Immersive tickets

    I messed up and bought tickets for the Monet Immersive exhibition on the wrong date from the website. I ended up accidentally purchasing tickets for the wrong day because the transaction still went through, even though I didn't finish it. So now, I've got two sets of tickets for the same event.     Queen Tribute Concert

    My husband and I went to a Queen tribute concert recently and it was amazing! The string quartet at St Stephens really killed it with their performance. The leader of the quartet was not just talented but also funny, which made the whole night even better. The way they played Queen's songs with just strings was unbelievable. And the setting in the old church with all the candles was magical. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to other music fans!
