I recently bought a really pretty wall art piece from Great Big Canvas. They had so many options to choose from, I had a hard time picking just one! The checkout process ended up being a bit of a pain, though. When I tried to buy it on my laptop, I ran into some problems and couldn't finish the transaction. I tried reaching out for help, but didn't get any assistance, which was frustrating. So, I decided to give it a shot on my phone instead. To my surprise, it went through smoothly with the same card and info. It was a bummer that there was no explanation for the technical issues, but I was just glad the order went through in the end. Despite that hiccup, the art showed up quickly and was really good quality. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but not so much with the checkout experience.

Difficult customer experience
I had a really bad experience with that company. They talked me into buying something with all their big claims, but as soon as I had a problem, they left me high and dry. Their customer service is the worst - once they got my money, they couldn't care less about helping me out. I even tried reaching out to the BBB to try and fix things, but instead of getting back to me, they just ghosted me completely. No resolution, no nothing. Total mess.

Free credit report
I tried to get my free credit report and got stuck paying 25 bucks for some monitoring service. I was totally baffled, like why do they need my credit card info if it's supposed to be free, come on! Luckily, I called them and straightened out that mess. Just make sure you're on the right site for your free report, don't do what I did!

Tickets to Ireland
I just bought some tickets to Ireland using this service, and I had a really good experience with it. I made a mistake and accidentally booked the tickets twice. So, I called customer service to fix things up. The guy I talked to, Michael Thomas, not only fixed the duplicate booking, but he also found a better flight with shorter layovers for the same price. I thought that was really cool of him to take the initiative and help me out without me having to beg. It's really nice to know that there are people who care about making sure travelers like me have a smooth and easy time between flights.

In-game purchases and premium features
I've been playing this game for a while now and I gotta say, it's got its ups and downs. The way they've paid attention to every little detail and kept things historically accurate with the tanks and battles is pretty cool. The strategy involved in the gameplay always keeps me hooked, and the selection of vehicles you can pick from really makes it more interesting. But man, I've run into so many bugs and glitches that can get annoying, and some of them take forever to get fixed. And then there's the freemium stuff - sometimes it feels like they're pushing you too hard to buy premium features or vehicles with all those pop-ups.

Fun shopping, great selection, sizing concerns
I really enjoyed shopping on your website! The clothes selection is awesome, and I had a blast looking at all the cute styles. But I do have one worry about the sizing. My daughter, Lillian, seems to be growing like a weed and she often grows out of her new clothes before they even show up. It would be super helpful if there was a more precise sizing guide to assist me in picking out the right sizes for her.

Mistaken purchase rectified
The customer service I got was really top-notch. I goofed up with a purchase and needed to fix it, and they were right on it. They gave me a voucher to make things right, and the instructions on how to use it were super easy to follow. Thanks to their quick action, I got new tickets for the event I wanted to go to that night, so I could catch the candlelight performances I was looking forward to. Sandra was especially awesome in her emails, super helpful and quick to reply. Overall, I was really happy with how they helped me out.
