    Difficult customer experience

    I had a really bad experience with that company. They talked me into buying something with all their big claims, but as soon as I had a problem, they left me high and dry. Their customer service is the worst - once they got my money, they couldn't care less about helping me out. I even tried reaching out to the BBB to try and fix things, but instead of getting back to me, they just ghosted me completely. No resolution, no nothing. Total mess.

    Free credit report

    I tried to get my free credit report and got stuck paying 25 bucks for some monitoring service. I was totally baffled, like why do they need my credit card info if it's supposed to be free, come on! Luckily, I called them and straightened out that mess. Just make sure you're on the right site for your free report, don't do what I did!

    In-game purchases and premium features

    I've been playing this game for a while now and I gotta say, it's got its ups and downs. The way they've paid attention to every little detail and kept things historically accurate with the tanks and battles is pretty cool. The strategy involved in the gameplay always keeps me hooked, and the selection of vehicles you can pick from really makes it more interesting. But man, I've run into so many bugs and glitches that can get annoying, and some of them take forever to get fixed. And then there's the freemium stuff - sometimes it feels like they're pushing you too hard to buy premium features or vehicles with all those pop-ups.

    Mistaken purchase rectified

    The customer service I got was really top-notch. I goofed up with a purchase and needed to fix it, and they were right on it. They gave me a voucher to make things right, and the instructions on how to use it were super easy to follow. Thanks to their quick action, I got new tickets for the event I wanted to go to that night, so I could catch the candlelight performances I was looking forward to. Sandra was especially awesome in her emails, super helpful and quick to reply. Overall, I was really happy with how they helped me out.
