    Unauthorized debit

    I'm really upset about finding out that my account was charged without my permission. I don't even know what company it is, let alone make any purchases from them. Having more than $1000 taken from my account is not okay at all. I'm going to challenge this unauthorized transaction right away. I want to warn everyone to be careful when dealing with this company to prevent being scammed like I was.

    I bought a diffuser from this shop recently, and man, it was a real letdown. They kept calling me and trying to sell me stuff even after I canceled my subscription, which got old quick. And to make matters worse, the product itself was garbage - the base actually melted on me. Can you believe that? It's really concerning how poorly made and unsafe it was. I wish I could show you pictures to prove it. All in all, not a good time.

    I bought a diffuser that looked really nice, but when I tried to open it, it just wouldn't budge. I reached out to customer service to ask for a return because of the defect, but they kept sending me to technical support instead. They told me I had to pay a handling fee for the return, even though the diffuser was clearly defective and I couldn't use it at all. On top of that, I canceled my oil subscription twice already, but it was still active. Dealing with this company was such a hassle and a total waste of time.

    Subscription cancellation nightmare

    This company totally charged my credit card for a subscription that I had already canceled, even though they kept telling me it was all sorted out. Their customer service is basically nowhere to be found, and the stuff they kept sending me actually made me feel sick. I tried to send it back for a refund, but they only gave me my money back for one thing and wouldn't cover the taxes and shipping, even though it was their fault. Now they're giving me a hard time through PayPal to get the rest of my money back. Seriously, don't deal with this company if you can help it.

    Essential oil sampler set

    I just bought this essential oil sampler set from this place and man, was I let down. The product was supposed to be oils, but what they sent me was basically just scented water. You couldn't even spray it like regular oils, you had to spray the scent onto a piece of cardboard. The quality was terrible and definitely not worth the $23.00 I paid. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody, it's just a rip off.

    This company has some okay scents, but don't get too excited because there are definitely some misses in their lineup. The equipment is just average, with the basic units feeling more like a way to push you towards their expensive options. But the real problem here is their billing practices - get ready for a bumpy ride if you decide to work with them. They'll try to get you to sign up for their VIP program and sneak in recurring subscriptions without your permission, it's a mess. I suggest using a virtual card for the transaction and keeping a close watch on your statements. Personally, I'd say be careful before you decide to buy from this company.

    Smells amazing!

    I recently bought this amazing product, and it smells incredible in my house! I chose the scent that reminds me of a famous painter, and it has been filling my home with a dreamy smell for months. The person who assisted me with setting it up was really professional and made sure I understood how to use it. If you want your house to have that luxurious hotel aroma, you definitely need to get one of these!

    Vangogh system purchase

    The Vangogh system I bought from this company has been a complete disaster. Since I got it, it has never worked right. I offered to pay for a technician to come install it, but they said no because they're not in my state. I tried troubleshooting with their tech support over the phone, but the system still didn't work as promised. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but my $4,000 unit is still useless. Even when I scheduled a call with a technician, nothing got better. When I asked to cancel my order, they said it was past the "grace period" and now I'm stuck with a useless new unit. I've only used the sample scents that came with the system, and nothing has changed. Save your money and steer clear of this company. They only care about themselves and don't care if their customers are happy.

    Difficult customer experience

    I had a really bad experience with that company. They talked me into buying something with all their big claims, but as soon as I had a problem, they left me high and dry. Their customer service is the worst - once they got my money, they couldn't care less about helping me out. I even tried reaching out to the BBB to try and fix things, but instead of getting back to me, they just ghosted me completely. No resolution, no nothing. Total mess.

    3 mini diffusers

    I really used to enjoy the smell coming from the little diffusers around my house, but recently they've been acting up. One just completely stopped working, and the other two started making a really annoying buzzing sound. When I contacted the company, all they did was offer me a discount on a new wireless diffuser. I'd only had them for a short while, so I was pretty upset to find out that the little diffusers only have a ninety-day warranty, while the bigger ones have a whole year warranty. I spent more than seven hundred bucks on diffusers and scents, so I was hoping for better quality and customer support. And to top it off, the fragrance bottles don't even fit in the new wireless diffuser I got. All in all, a really disappointing situation.

    I recently bought a diffuser from this company and honestly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. I paid a lot for the product, but it turned out to be poorly made. After only a few months, the diffuser started making this annoying buzzing noise, even though I barely used it. I tried following the troubleshooting tips they gave me, but nothing worked. When I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, they said the one I had was no longer being sold, and my only choice was to upgrade to a fancier model that came with a mandatory oil subscription.
