I ordered (2) 500ml almost 2 months prior and didn't receive them. Tried reaching out to Customer Service numerous of times nobody called me back. However, I kept getting emails that someone will get back to me and still haven't received a call.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
Okay, so moving forward. I decided to stop by the MIAMI LOCATION and act real bad. I told the young Lady I NEED A MANAGER. She went to back and came back with the Manager. Omg! Sparcle is her Name, She's AMAZING ??. Just her approach I couldn't even act out of line. She's very professional, apologetic and took care of the problem right away. SPARCLE is an awesome face for this company. After all she added a SPARKLE to my overall experience ✨️✨️✨️

Not only were all the products absolutely inadequate, especially for this price point, but trying to access professional and attentive customer service to help navigate a return and refund process is a nightmare. All the scents I purchased seem to be extremely watered down scents and frankly, all seem to smell sour? Additionally, the diffuser, on the strongest setting, doesn't put out any real scent at all. Again, completely ineffective at providing the service claimed especially at this price point.
Then, when I attempted to contact customer support about the returns process I was bounced around to multiple people (with massive time delays between responses which required me to "hunt down" the support) who all gave different answers for what steps I need to take for the return/refund or would just completely ignore my very clear requests for support on how to return the product.
It's my experience that their goal is to push out the time with these delayed responses and bouncing around to "run out the clock" on their 30 day return policy. I legitimately tried my best to chase down emails, contact all sources I could get access to (ex: social media accounts) for any sort of professionalism and customer support but I have only continued to be met with "ghosting" and a total lack of support.
For hundreds... hundreds of dollars spent on their price points, it's ABSOLUTELY unacceptable behavior from a company. BUYERS BEWARE, you WILL get defective and ineffective products that do not deliver whats advertised and you will be stuck with spending an insane amount of money and nothing to show for it because this company completely abandons their customers to intentionally run out the 30 day return clock.

This is the worst company a complete scam and fraudulent business practices. I have reported them to the Florida consumer protection agency. Anyone else roped into their “free” diffuser with extended warranty and then find out you’re being charged interest and the company is trying to tell you that you are not. The third party billing company even said they get multiple calls a day for same issue. I have had to return machines that do not work then they are still charging me for oil that I have to get refunded monthly.

! BUYER BWARE ! Aroma360 is using predatory business practices where clients sign agreements without knowing the clear terms and conditions. I started the process of trying to order the desired scent of my choosing on December 1 2022, I was unable to get any response from Aroam360 in any form to order the desired scent of my choosing. I still have not received any form of communication stating the clear and detailed process of ordering the desired scents 45 days after I started the process of trying to select and view my account of what is currently selected and what will be sent so I can choose and not be forced to get what Aroma360 tells me what I am getting. This is a Predatory Business Practice of forcing clients to accept items they do not want! Appears this is a way for Aroma360 to get rid of overstock items or items they can't sell and force clients to accept the items. ! BUYER BWARE !
Mini360 SL and Hotel Scents Discovery Set
I placed order since Dec 06, but I have not receive info if my order is shipped or processed. I contacted the customer service but they keep telling me stories, something seems fishy about the company Aroma360.

The registration process is a sham! The website warranty registration is nowhere to be found. The Customer Service button directs you to a sales screen. My Aroma360 was a Xmas gift and it's making a loud noise and the removeable top doesn't fit properly. Who will help fix this situation?

Worst service I have ever encountered in all my life. The collection company is right on however. They are relentless and still don’t get service. They schedule dates and don’t show up. Going to cancel my service if I could find out how to do it. Don’t use them.

Aroma360 is a SCAM!! They have very good scents but they are literally ripping people off.
They advertise 50ml bottles on the website for purchase however they don’t fit ANY of their products.
They say it’s for the mini360 but it doesn’t fit so you’re FORCED to purchase the 120ml bottle
You can’t even experiment with scents because they force you to buy the larger bottle.
Not sure why a 50 ml bottle is even advertised on the website. I’ve had to pour the contents out of the 50ml into a larger bottle and swap oils. It’s a MESS.
They smell good but the hassle is not worth it. Go with another provider.

And their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! They take forever to get back to you, give you runaround answers that don’t make sense!! An agent tried to tell me the 50ml bottles are for cleaning...Cleaning with another oil??

Do not purchase anything from Aroma360 If you manage to get through - the minimum 45 minute hold time - their customer service is non existent. I have been trying to return the Van Gogh for over a month. When Kat (apparently, the *only* person who can help me return the item) eventually called my back, she did not leave a call back number and the number she called from was unavailable. When I spoke to the customer service rep named Kelly, she assured me she would "write my info on a sticky note to make sure my issue was handled". I never heard back from Kelly or Kat. I called - again - and the representative said Kat was on the phone and assured me (again) that she will call back when she gets off the phone. It's been over 24 hours and still no call back. I've sent 3 emails to customer service without a response. On Sunday, $129.20 was deducted from my account for the monthly withdrawal - again, I was assured this would not happen because my account has been canceled. My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau because this company is a sham.

Terrible customer service!!! I had two units making a terrible noise.. sent them back in, after HALF a year they said they mailed them back, however, they didnt ask for a signature... I NEVER GOT THE UNITS BACK, and after MANY attempts so contact them they ignore me. BUYER BEWARE
