Online order issue
I just had a really annoying problem with my online order from this store. I never got my stuff, so I looked at my bank account and saw a charge from some other company in LA. I tried to contact customer service but haven't gotten a response yet. It's frustrating because I've been a regular customer and always had good interactions before.

Payroll management
The app has really saved us in our business by giving us everything we need to handle payroll smoothly. But, when it comes to getting help, it's not so great. The app is easy to use and has lots of helpful features, but the customer service is a letdown. It can take a while to get our problems fixed, and reaching the right person by phone is tough. If they work on making their support better, it would make a big difference in how we feel about the app.

Ring, return, refund
I just bought a ring from Oradina and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. It did come a little late, but I think that was just because of the holidays, so I get it. My wife wasn't a fan of the ring I picked, but Oradina's customer service made the return and refund super easy and quick. I really respect how they handled everything. Next time my wife and I are on the same page about a ring, I'll definitely think about ordering from Oradina again.

Soap dispenser
I finally got my hands on a soap dispenser and I am loving it! It seriously took me forever to track down some AAA batteries to get it up and running, but it was worth it. The dispenser is really neat - you just wave your hand under it and voila, soap squirts out. All my friends who have tried it think it's great too. They mentioned that they actually end up using less soap compared to when they were using a regular bar. It's like a little bit of magic for your hands! Definitely a smart purchase.

Diffuser and room sprays
Not only were all the products absolutely inadequate, especially for this price point, but trying to access professional and attentive customer service to help navigate a return and refund process is a nightmare. All the scents I purchased seem to be extremely watered down scents and frankly, all seem to smell sour? Additionally, the diffuser, on the strongest setting, doesn't put out any real scent at all. Again, completely ineffective at providing the service claimed especially at this price point.
Then, when I attempted to contact customer support about the returns process I was bounced around to multiple people (with massive time delays between responses which required me to "hunt down" the support) who all gave different answers for what steps I need to take for the return/refund or would just completely ignore my very clear requests for support on how to return the product.
It's my experience that their goal is to push out the time with these delayed responses and bouncing around to "run out the clock" on their 30 day return policy. I legitimately tried my best to chase down emails, contact all sources I could get access to (ex: social media accounts) for any sort of professionalism and customer support but I have only continued to be met with "ghosting" and a total lack of support.
For hundreds... hundreds of dollars spent on their price points, it's ABSOLUTELY unacceptable behavior from a company. BUYERS BEWARE, you WILL get defective and ineffective products that do not deliver whats advertised and you will be stuck with spending an insane amount of money and nothing to show for it because this company completely abandons their customers to intentionally run out the 30 day return clock.
