As someone who loves vinyl, I gotta say, Rough Trade is the real deal. They've got a killer selection of records in all kinds of genres, even special editions. And the folks working there really know their stuff - they're always happy to help you track down whatever you're after. They really go out of their way to make sure you're happy when you leave. Ordering online is a breeze, and they always deliver quickly. Rough Trade is definitely a cut above the rest in the retail world.

I've been shopping at this store for a long time and I gotta say, I'm always blown away by the awesome quality of the clothes I get here. The sizes are super forgiving, especially for us plus-size folks. And let me tell ya, the selection of gothic and alternative styles they've got is top-notch. They really know how to cater to all different tastes and preferences.

I ordered some slides and a hoodie, paid good money for 'em too, but they straight up never showed! Nobody wants to own up to it, and to top it off, they didn't even give me a refund. What a total scam!

Ring, return, refund
I just bought a ring from Oradina and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. It did come a little late, but I think that was just because of the holidays, so I get it. My wife wasn't a fan of the ring I picked, but Oradina's customer service made the return and refund super easy and quick. I really respect how they handled everything. Next time my wife and I are on the same page about a ring, I'll definitely think about ordering from Oradina again.

Online purchase experience
The stuff I bought from that online store was actually really nice, but man, the customer service was seriously lacking. I've never dealt with such disregard for the customer's needs before. I had no clue what was going on with my order and when I asked for an update, the responses I got were not helpful at all. It felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously.

A necklace that broke
My necklace broke last week and I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service every day since then. It's so frustrating because it seems like they're impossible to reach. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, it's just not worth the hassle.

Diffuser and room sprays
Not only were all the products absolutely inadequate, especially for this price point, but trying to access professional and attentive customer service to help navigate a return and refund process is a nightmare. All the scents I purchased seem to be extremely watered down scents and frankly, all seem to smell sour? Additionally, the diffuser, on the strongest setting, doesn't put out any real scent at all. Again, completely ineffective at providing the service claimed especially at this price point.
Then, when I attempted to contact customer support about the returns process I was bounced around to multiple people (with massive time delays between responses which required me to "hunt down" the support) who all gave different answers for what steps I need to take for the return/refund or would just completely ignore my very clear requests for support on how to return the product.
It's my experience that their goal is to push out the time with these delayed responses and bouncing around to "run out the clock" on their 30 day return policy. I legitimately tried my best to chase down emails, contact all sources I could get access to (ex: social media accounts) for any sort of professionalism and customer support but I have only continued to be met with "ghosting" and a total lack of support.
For hundreds... hundreds of dollars spent on their price points, it's ABSOLUTELY unacceptable behavior from a company. BUYERS BEWARE, you WILL get defective and ineffective products that do not deliver whats advertised and you will be stuck with spending an insane amount of money and nothing to show for it because this company completely abandons their customers to intentionally run out the 30 day return clock.

Large Drifter White
I ordered a drifter white bracelet in small. It didn't fit and I requested a return label. I never received a response. In the interim, I ordered a large white drifter bracelet and received another small. I requested another return label and did not receive it. Seems like a SCAM.
