Outstanding customer service
I was really blown away by the customer service I got from this company, seriously. They didn't mess around with their response time either. I mean, they were there for me at 2am when nobody else was picking up the phone. That's some dedication right there. The folks at this company really do whatever it takes to help out their customers, no matter what time it is. I'm beyond happy with the service I got and I'll for sure be telling others about them. Thanks a ton for doing such a killer job!

stay at a vacation rental
My family and I rented this vacation place and man, it was nothing like the pictures at all! It was pretty nasty, honestly, so we had to dip because it was just not working out. They claimed our money was secure, but then we tried to get it back and they were all, "Nope, sorry, you were there for a night so no money back for you." Ugh, we definitely would have picked somewhere else if we had known this was gonna happen!

Expired products received
I just bought some stuff from this store and I was pretty bummed out to find out that the products were gonna expire real soon, like less than two months left. That's just not cool and it makes me question the quality control of this company. On top of that, the customer service was seriously lacking, which really turned me off. I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again.

Cheap material & when tried to return - they said my 30 days were up! I starting contacting then immediately about my order after recieved. Terrible customer service! This is a scam company & it's sad that it is still able to keep running!
