Large furniture purchase
I was getting a little worried about my big furniture purchase because the status hadn't changed since I ordered it. I decided to chat with someone at the beginning of the week to see what was going on. The first person who helped me quickly got in touch with fulfillment and got my order moving. But, it was annoying that I had to be the one to reach out first. When I opened the chat again today, the person I spoke with gave me the tracking number, which showed that the furniture was finally on its way. I was a little confused about the initial delay, but I was happy with the help I got once I reached out.

4400 Lumen EDC light purchase
As someone who used to be in the Navy and worked in private security, I've used a ton of TacLights in my time. So when I saw an ad for a 4400 Lumen EDC light from this store, I was kinda skeptical at first. But let me tell you, after using it consistently for four years now, I can say with confidence that this light has totally exceeded all my expectations. It's even outperformed brands like PowerTac, Fenix, Streamlight, and Helius. The quality and durability of the i4000R have really impressed me, and now I'm thinking about getting the new TM12K. I definitely recommend this store to anyone in the security and law enforcement field.

Protein powder
I bought this protein powder, right, and it was a disaster! I didn't even get my order, man. I sent so many emails and made a ton of phone calls, but they straight up ignored me. Finally, after waiting for weeks, they sent me an email with a UPS tracking link. But when I clicked on it, turns out the package got returned to sender! They didn't even bother to check the link themselves. I managed to get someone on the phone and spilled the whole story. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for a refund. Such a pain, you know?

Incense sticks
I thought the incense sticks were way too expensive for what you get. The scents were way too strong and reminded me of potpourri. On top of that, I got a few packs that weren't even sealed and had scents I didn't even like. When I asked the store to exchange them, they just tried to get me to buy more with a discount. That's not a good way to treat customers, especially when their products are so pricey. I would suggest looking somewhere else for similar items that are cheaper and come with better customer service.

My recent experience with this company was really frustrating. I had a problem with my order and tried to get help, but I couldn't find a phone number and my emails were ignored. I was sent an offer code so I went on the website. I was considering a few items so I put them in a cart. I decided against purchasing because they were final sales and I recently has major surgery. I exited the website and 10 minutes later I received am email stating thank you for your purchase. I immediately contacted Petal and Pup and they refused to cancel or refund the "purchase", apparently getting my credit card information from the Shop website. I highly recommend staying away from this website.

I had such a great time at this store recently! I got myself a pair of shoes and they came super fast and just like they were shown on the website. The prices were fair and I found a style that I had been hunting for everywhere. I saw some bad reviews about this store before, but honestly, I didn't have any problems at all. It seems like they might've improved or got some new management because my experience was totally awesome.

My experience with the delivery was great all around. I ordered my stuff and got it pretty quickly, no problems at all. Everything went really smoothly and I felt good about ordering from them again. The customer service was awesome, they got back to me right away when I had questions. I was really impressed with the service overall and will for sure be shopping there again.

I just got the iRobot Roomba i8+ because I heard good things about it on different websites. But when it arrived, I found out it was missing 2 parts needed for mopping. I tried to contact customer service, but after a week of no help and them asking for the same info over and over, I just decided to return it for a refund within the 30-day window. The robot seemed cool, but dealing with their customer service was a total bummer.

I would not buy from this company again. I ordered a wall art for my daughter for her bday on Jan 12th. When I realized that I didn't use my coupon, I ordered a second one with the coupon and called to cancel the first order. Weeks went by and I never received my order. I emailed them and called, apparently, they were confused on my order as I cancelled the first order, so they thought I didn't have an order, however when they looked up my account they could see two different orders placed, of which even the first one was not refunded yet. Months have now went by, several calls and emails made and I have not received my order. I never received my refund from my first order either so I had to call and have my card refunded myself. I am still waiting on my order and have not received my refund for my second order, but I receive emails all the time with them asking me if I am interested in additional items and when I respond regarding my issue, I get nothing. I swear it made me think this is a fake company. You never know anymore.

The website said 2-3 days to package. The email order confirmation on Feb 27, 2023 said 3-5 days to package. I emailed them after 3 days to inquire about shipping. Some ... CS rep responded the same day with a snotty response that I just needed to wait. After 5 days, the package still hadn't shipped. I emailed them to cancel the order. Three days later, I received a response that they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. I downloaded the FedEx tracking information. The day I asked them to cancel the order, they printed the label at FedEx. That was March 3rd, 2023. They delivered the package to FedEx on Mar 13th, 2023. Even though the price was really good, COVID has taught everyone that money isn't everything. I would prefer to support someone who isn't going to give me some snotty, can't be bothered, response and then lies about shipping...like FedEx doesn't track this stuff.

Aroma360 is a SCAM!! They have very good scents but they are literally ripping people off.
They advertise 50ml bottles on the website for purchase however they don’t fit ANY of their products.
They say it’s for the mini360 but it doesn’t fit so you’re FORCED to purchase the 120ml bottle
You can’t even experiment with scents because they force you to buy the larger bottle.
Not sure why a 50 ml bottle is even advertised on the website. I’ve had to pour the contents out of the 50ml into a larger bottle and swap oils. It’s a MESS.
They smell good but the hassle is not worth it. Go with another provider.

Don't buy from them, I ordered 3 dresses, one never arrived, received 2, both of them were faulty, one the entire zip broken and another one the crystal was completely off the dress and hanging. I was gutted as ordered them for Christmas and New Year, when I asked for a refund they said that I have to return the items to the USA address using a tracked delivery on my cost and only then they will refund me. SCAM!

Spent over $600 on the curtains. Looked really nice until they faded!!!
Two months into the summer sun and they are so faded!!!! They were a beautiful brown and now a faded UGLY dirty light tan with brown lines where the sun didn't get to them. They are nice heavy curtains but they FADE!! Stuck with them cuz I can't afford to replace them. I suggest look for non fade curtains!!!YES...I had mine for 4 weeks and there are horribbly faded stripes from the sun. no response from customer service. They looked great at first.. So not buy!!!!
SAME! We bought our outdoor curtains (black????) start of summer 2020 and by end of summer, there were completely faded in color. Some spots almost look light gray. They look horrible and certainly not what we expected from such an expensive and seemingly high quality product. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
Same! I bought teal blue curtains. Within 2-3 weeks of 2-3 hours of sun exposure per today on these OUTDOOR curtains, completely faded and look like garbage. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. I could not be more unhappy with this purchase.

I received a new tracking number through usps but they never shipped it out and I contacted them everyday until finally I asked for a refund. I really wanted this item but instead they refunded me and I never received anything. Overall, for my 3 year old, she will ADORE it. But just as much as a lower priced doll. The face and hair are so odd (for lack of a better word) I am debating whether to change her into boy's clothes. I think they are definitely more realistic than most dolls on the market but not sure it's worth the money.I have bought 2 dolls from them.At first glance their faces do look a little different than the pictures but they're well made, size newborn clothes fit them perfect. My girls loved them! I definitely feel like they were worth the money.
I purchased the Alina doll and it arrived with the legs unattached. I was unable to attach one of the legs correctly. Neither leg is moveable because they are so tight. I contacted customer service and was told this was not a defect and that I would have to return the doll at my expense to China for a refund. I will not purchase anything from this site in the future.

I purchased the Alina doll, it looks nothing like the doll in the website, the legs were not attached when received and each leg was a different color. The hair is a lighter brown and looks nothing like listed on the website - a total scam, and waste of money.

Do not order from this store. Dolls look nothing like photos. Very disappointed. I am trying to get a refund at this time, but am getting a lot of run around back and forth. They want pictures and the whole nine yards, so I can tell this isn't going to be easy. Just don't buy a doll from this company. You can get a doll at the dollar store of the same quality and appearance.
