Actually nothing but my account was charged $135.
I was sent an offer code so I went on the website. I was considering a few items so I put them in a cart. I decided against purchasing because they were final sales and I recently has major surgery. I exited the website and 10 minutes later I received am email stating thank you for your purchase. I immediately contacted Petal and Pup and they refused to cancel or refund the "purchase", apparently getting my credit card information from the Shop website. I highly recommend staying away from this website.

2 piece set clothing
I returned one set because they were too large and the company won’t give me my money back for the return. They claim the return was missing the shorts but I absolutely returned them with the shirt inside the same bag and it is an oversight by them.I have tried to communicate with them via email and they’ve taken days to reply, and they have yet to give me any return - not even for the shirt.
Purchased an expansive dress as a gift and recieved entirely different and cheaper product instead
Whilst the customer service was pleasant enough, the packaging was not preserved upon opening due to my excitement at opening a gift for my girlfriend. As such I wasn't able to return the mistakenly delivered product. I offered to pay for the product that I had not originally purchased, and asked if I could receive the original dress, which was a significantly higher price, in return. I am quite dissapointed at being redirected to an electronic exchange process initially, for the error was not on my part, but on the part of Petal & Pup. No offer of compensation was posed, despite the increased wait for the product in question, nor do I believe that the customer service was overly personalised for my complaint. The expectation was that I fill out the electronic form, deliver the item to a post office box, and wait for customer service to contact me once more once they received notification that the product was in transit. Whilst the mistakenly delivered product seemed like a high quality garment, I pity the individual that experiences my circumstances, especially if you have an immensely busy schedule and can't find the time to do as they requested.
UPDATE: From the initial posting of this review Petal & Pup had responded, quite late I might add, with a seemingly automated review. Which I can only hope, for otherwise they had ignored all my questions posed. The customer service has gone from pleasant to unbearable, and trying to contact them through a listed phone number is nigh impossible.Dresses
I ordered 2 dresses from them and DHL showed "out for delivery" but then changed to "forwarded" and the day after "delivered to mailbox". But I never received anything. I contacted Petal + Pup and they stayed on top of it, next business day they emailed me with full refund as DHL gave the package to USPS and they delivered to the wrong address. They asked that I have my next purchase shipped via DHL express and have me a free code. They are very professional and get back to you right away. Im very impressed and will continue buying from them.
Multiple Purchases
I have ordered a lot from this company and liked the majority of what I ordered for the price point. The last two times I ordered though were really frustrating and I will not order from the again. The first order mistake, they sent me a dress that had a hole in it. I contacted them and they were going to make me pay for the shipping to return a damaged product that they sent me. I was annoyed but let it go. I ordered again and this time every single thing I ordered arrived in the wrong size. I’ve contacted them, and fully expect them to tell me I have to pay for the shipping again. Pretty disappointing. There are plenty of boutiques in the U.S. I can order from who will provide better customer service.
Dress
I was so excited to receive this adorable dress I had found on Petal and Pup. It looked super cute online, however in person, the fabric was cheap and extremely see through. I am unhappy with my order as it was a 75 dollar dress and looks and feels cheap. I knew it was going to be see through as soon as I could see my hand through both layers of the dress. Super unattractive. I will NEVER buy from here again. I can only imagine all of their dresses come like this. Cute online and once you receive, cheap as can be and not what I expected at all.
