Online order placed on 11/2/2022
I made an online purchase on 11/2/2022 and I haven't gotten my stuff yet. I knew one of the items was on pre-order, so I figured it might take a bit longer to arrive. But I'm kind of bummed out by the lack of updates from the company about where my order is at. I've tried reaching out a few times through their contact form to cancel the order, but I haven't heard back at all. Not having a phone number to talk to someone in customer service is making it tough for me to get my questions answered quickly. I think it's important for businesses to keep their customers in the loop, especially when it comes to orders and questions.

10 fragrances, $750
I just bought 10 different fragrances from an online store and it cost me $750. But man, I gotta say, I was pretty let down by what I got. The Bond 9 scent I got didn't last more than a few hours, and the Creed one was practically scentless. I'm starting to think these might be knockoffs or just really cheap quality. And get this - turns out this store also goes by perfumesamerica.com and tps-wholesale.com. Really sketchy, right?

NIKE PANDA DUNKS
I ordered these shoes in early November - they arrived AFTER christmas so I had to go buy a new pair as i had no clue if they would ever come. Then when they did arrive the SIZE NOT TO SCALE! MY DAUGHER HAS SEVERAL DUNKS AND THESE ARE VERY SMALL - NOT A TRUE 8.5. and now they will not send me a return slip or respond to any of my emails - scam!

I bought this for my son (5'10", 120lbs) to ride to and from school, which is 6 miles each way, 12 miles total trip. He returns home with 66% of the battery still left. It was very easy putting together. It rides smooth. It is the best electric scooter he's own. I am VERY satisfied with this purchase!!

I ordered a set of naturopathic books for my practice; I decided to purchase straight from the publisher rather than another company (such as Amazon). However, the service is terrible: 1) I never received a tracking number for my shipment 2) The shipment estimated a 1-2 business day fulfillment with a 1-2 day shipment, however I am sitting here over 14 days later without my books 3) I messaged customer service to refund me as the books are nowhere to be found; they replied the next day that will be here by EOD. I looked at the tracking and they shipped it this AM which is indicative that the order was forgotten until I messaged them. Next time I will be buying it from a more trusted 3rd party supplier.

I ordered 2 dresses from them and DHL showed "out for delivery" but then changed to "forwarded" and the day after "delivered to mailbox". But I never received anything. I contacted Petal + Pup and they stayed on top of it, next business day they emailed me with full refund as DHL gave the package to USPS and they delivered to the wrong address. They asked that I have my next purchase shipped via DHL express and have me a free code. They are very professional and get back to you right away. Im very impressed and will continue buying from them.

Today was day one wearing my $50 dollar necklace and as I was taking it off I noticed the chain broke..... so now I can’t wear it anymore. I didn’t realize how cheaply it was made, isnt sterling silver supposed to be good quality? My other necklace I’ve been wearing everyday for years, made from sterling silver, is doing just fine.
