HP printer purchase
So, I got this printer a while back and man, it's the absolute worst! Every time I go to print something, it takes FOREVER to actually start printing. It's like the printer needs a kick in the butt to wake up. And once it finally gets going, it sounds like a dang jet engine revving up. It's crazy loud and just gets on my nerves. On top of that, it's sucking up all my ink just to print one single page. I'm done with this brand, that's a fact!

Smartwatch issue
I need to talk to you about a problem with the smartwatch I bought from your company. It's supposed to be able to handle water up to a certain depth, but it stopped working because of moisture. When I reached out for help, I was told it was my fault for wearing it in the shower, even though it should have been able to handle that. I spent a lot of money on this watch and it's still under warranty for another year and a half. It's really disappointing to see the company not taking responsibility for this issue.
