    I ordered a sweatshirt with blue letters but when I recieved it was black letters. I wrote in to customer service and was told to send it back and my to pay shipping per their policy and reorder a shirt in a different color. Not im sorry this happened, not let us pay for you to return or to reorder or give a discount. Your site gave me an image I glady accepted and wanted and when recieved incorrectly was basically told so what send it back after I sent the picture of what I thought I purchased and what I recieved which showed to completely different things. I wanted to continue using this site but felt so unappreciated as a customer.

    I ordered three tee shirts however one had the wrong date. Said the date could not be changed and for me to order something else which I did. I received the three shirts with the incorrect date on the tee shirt. In addition, I just took one out of the dryer and it must have shrank three sizes. Not going to order from this site again.

    I didn't actually end up ordering from this company but that's not because I didn't try! I had a question about the sizing. And since I read reviews about how difficult it was to return items (at your own expense even if they are wrong) , I wanted to make sure I had the correct sizing information before ordering. The issue is that the sizing charts are HUGELY different for The Cotton Hoodie Sweatshirt vs any of the others. A size Large being 48' wide vs 23" wide for all other sweatshirts. I wanted to confirm if this was accurate. There is no phone number to contact to speak with anyone. You need to open a ticket. It says they will respond within 24hrs and usually within 2-3 hours if it is during business hours. That was 2 days ago and silence! I started researching the company and looking at reviews. Many relate stories of poor customer service and not being able to get in touch with them if there is a problem. I believe this since I can't even seem to get a response to help me PLACE an order! I was undecided about even ordering as I do feel the prices are a bit high considering the shirts are not even embroidered but I was still willing to consider them because of the difficulty of finding anything with my city on it. However I think after reading the reviews and not even being able to get any customer service help to place an order, I would be wise to acknowledge the red flags and I will not be ordering. When a company shows you whether or not they care about your business, believe them. I decided to write this review because I appreciate the reviews I read ahead of time to prevent me from making a mistake.

    They Do Not provide any sort of resolution if you are not satisfied with the merchandise they provide.
    All the FIVE STAR reviews on their site are total BS. Read reviews anywhere else, and you'll find next to none. That's super shady!
    I paid way too much for a product that I am embarrassed to give as the gift it was intended for! Save Your Money!
    This company is ... verging on a total scam ... thievery.

    Ordered t-shirt ($22.99) and paid for expedited shipping ($14.95). Item arrived 13 days later, too late to use as gift. Returned item on April 14, vendor received on April 21. Vendor refuses to issue refund, as agreed, and did not reply to multiple emails

    Ordered orange and received wrong color. No big deal. Created a ticket in website to find resolution and heard nothing back. Signed in to check “ticket” and “ issue had been closed “

    Created another ticket. Week later, “issued had been closed”

    I never heard from anyone. Tried number. Won’t get you to anyone.

    So it’s a $25 shirt- not like I’m going to hire an attorney to represent this crime. It just means I got burned and so long as your order is correct- great.

    If you are looking for customer service to resolve your complaint, do not count on this company. I ordered an adult small t-shirt for my 10 year old son, and what arrived had a “small” on the shirt but it was clearly an adult XL that was mislabeled. I sent them a picture of the giant shirt when they requested a picture, and I waited days and days with no response. I emailed again, nothing. Finally another email and they said that they determined they sent me the correct size. Again the t-shirt was labeled an adult small but it was clearly an X-LARGE that my husband could fit into. They offered to print me a new one on YOUTH SMALL if I would mail this one back. Again, that was not the issue! I needed an adult small. It was beyond frustrating and they will no longer get my business.

    I ordered some sweatshirts, was not happy with the quality. E-mailed them and received a response telling me how to return them, which I did promptly. It's been over a month and I have not received a credit nor do they respond to my e-mail asking for the reason why. Their phone number only directs you to the e-mail address and then hangs up, you cannot get a live person. Would never order from them again and am still waiting for my $150 back to my credit card.

    Ordered t-shirt payment quickly went through. After 2 weeks and no information about status sent emails with no reply until I threatened to turn over to bank as fraud. Immediate response told t-shirt was still in production. One week later still no t-shirt and no response I’m now not expecting to ever see t-shirt. I will never use this company again. Not trustworthy
